The staff was super nice and so helpful. We love to stay here when we travel to Indy for appointments. Def a good place to rest your head

The drain in the bath tube was slow to drain, so you were kinda doing a half bath when you showered but the water was hot, so that was nice

the updated renovation made the room look nice.

The beside lamp plugs did not work so cell phone could not be plugged in to charge.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze and set a positive tone for the stay. The room was clean comfortable,and met expectations for a short stay.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the WiFi was quite weak. A quieter refrigerator and stronger WiFi would have improved the experience. The internet connection was not sufficient for video calls (Zoom) or streaming, so if you need to work on platforms like Zoom, this could be an issue.

The stay was fine, I was visiting relatives in Beech Grove so the convenience of the location was important. I came down with a terrible cold so I staying in my room for much of my four day stay. I had problems with the microwave but the manager was able to swap out my broken one for one that worked rather than ask me to change rooms. The manager is an older gentleman but a very nice, very friendly and understanding guy. I will return to this property and I would recommend it to family or friends without hesitation or reservations.

A washer and dryer for the guests would be a nice addition to the properties' services.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Bath and shower were brightly lit and super clean! Usually don’t take baths in hotels but this passed my wife’s clean test. We took our small dog and the room didn’t even smell like some “pet” rooms we’ve had. Concierge provided packs of toothpaste as we ran out. Pool was available, Staff was super friendly. Provided breakfast was a wide variety, from yogurt and fresh fruit and juices/coffee, tea etc. to cereals, eggs, sausage patties, bagels and fresh Belgian waffles. Something for everyone. Many fast food places located close by. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been here a couple times now, and this time the breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of foods. They had protein, grains, and fruit options. Before, they only had grain options for some reason.

It was a little noisy at times. There were kids running through the halls. There were also people slamming doors at times.

Pretty good hotel for the price. Big room, comfortable bed, pretty silent area. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is currently being modernized so it should be even better.

A little bit hard to find after dark. Google maps forces you to use a wrong access road (you end up in front of a closed gate !). Go to Keystone Avenue and use the side road next to Denny's. Earlier take the highway 65 and do NOT drive thru Indianapolis (it is a nightmare - roads are dramatically bad, bumps, potholes, no lane marking, no working street lamps !!)

The location worked for us, about 10 minute drive to the canal. We loved having Denny’s across the parking lot. Breakfast served at the hotel was ok, overall we had a good experience!

I contacted the property with questions and never heard back, calling the front desk was useless as they said to wait for a reply through the messenger and I never received the reply. The bathroom had no towel racks so it was a bit hard finding place to dry the towels after using them.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was so cozy, and I love that little reading lamps that are connected to the beside lamps, great for a mood light. Always a sucker for n armchair, and the stream in the shower was super strong! The Dennys was right next door so it was great.

Well there were a few cons, the bathroom tub drain was retaining water despite the drain being open, a collection of water while I was showering was not ideal, also the toilet seat was very loose so i hope that they that get fixed. The smell of the room was a bit strange, like a dry smell of a room that hasn’t been opened in a while. No idea why.

Big Comfy Bed...Desk in Room & Chair, Dressing Bench...Microwave & Refer....close to Restaurants. Lots of Towels.

LOW Water Pressure in shower & tub was very slippery...no hand rails. Back door was non-operational to get in/out. Extremely long walk to get to Lobby & out to Parking lot. Breakfast could have used a few more choices...Same things everyday.
