Large room, comfortable bed, waffle making facilities for breakfast, local bus stop right in front of the hotel. Fast food restaurants are in the near by foot.

Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during a busy weekend, but this was probably just a temporary technical problem. In our room, the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom, and the light above the sink could only be turned on together with the entire room lighting (I'm not sure if all rooms are designed this way).

The staff was so accommodating. I enjoyed talking to the front desk staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is literally 2 min to the highway. There are several restaurants and gas stations around within walking distance. There js a nearby grocery and small shopping strips. The area appears pretty safe. I didn't get to explore the pool but the set up was nice. I was rushing to go to a wedding. The breakfast was really good. They also had a snack nook at the front desk if you want something to purchase. The rooms were quiet. I didn't hear my neighbors or people in the hall. I got the accessible room. I was able to take a long hot bath and use the grab bars. The tv menu was great. I was in another hotel last week and the menu usage was horrible. The beds were extremely white and clean and fresh.

The rooms need a bit of updating and maintenance care to keep the longevity but nothing major that would merit a poor review. I don't like that it gives a sad face when you say what you don't like the slightest lil thing.

I liked that it was very clean and the gentleman that checked us in helped me upgrade to a double bed from a single bed. He was very helpful and kind. My children enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The electrical plugs in the room needs to be updated. There was only one plug by the bed to charge cell phones. The bathrooms/ shower needs to be updated. I am handicap and there were no grip bars to hold onto in the shower.

The rooms were tidy, and the staff were friendly.

Like any other hotel, there were random people hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived/left the hotel.

The rooms were nice. I loved the bed. The breakfast was very good. The staff seemed friendly.

In the bathroom, the light fixture. There was no cover, and I could see the light pulg in. I was afraid to take a shower. Also, the bathroom wall and doors look rough.

Electrical outlets in lamps failed - lamps had to be replaced. Also the lounge chair was too low and made standing up difficult.

The lady at the front desk the morning after I checked in, Paige, was great. The room I was originally given was slated for remodel and in desperate need of updating and cleaning. I told Paige about it and she put me in a much better room. She was super friendly and helpful!

The whole facility was a little drab overall but the manager explained that their maintenance person suffered an injury months ago and is still recovering. Rather than replacing him they've been doing the best they can in his absence and holding his position for him to come back. I think that's noble of them.

hotel was fine I just couldn’t sleep because two people were absolutely going at it in the room next to me. I wish hotels had more soundproofing

The shower needs grab bars. I almost fell. The tub need a no skid mat in tub/shower

The staff was great we had a booking issue with booking.com not having our rooms and the counter guy made everything right and went above and beyond he did a fantastic job for us and some of our baseball teammates who had same issues
