We had lovely hotel kitties hangout in parking lot super cute and friendly. The staff was super helpful and nice. They went above and beyond for us. We plan on going back for our next anniversary!!

Wifi could have been stronger.

Nothing. No breakfast. only plus was "Pet friendly"

Was supposed to be "NON Smoking" the room reeked of cig smoke. Cig burns on tub and toilet . Sink cracked . Mold on carpet. Floor was buckled/Hunped. Was a 50 dollar room for 100 dollars plus tax......2nd worse room in my life. Worst was also at Indianapolis. I forgot to take pics.

That the ceiling above the sink fell when we shut the door. And there was no plate in the microwave. No trash can,

They waived the deposit at checkin

There was roaches all over the room. No remote for an ancient tv. The bathroom was filthy.

It was uninviting from the over groan grounds. Old tvs trash left In night stand ..the hot tub didn't work. Pay extra for .. top it off at check out told the counter clerk about the stay .in he's words at least you got a room with only maybe 10 cars there

The staff was nice

Trying to reach the staff was difficult. The room was very broken down. The front door was stubborn. Parts of the tile on the jacuzzi, floor in the bathroom were broken. There's a giant crack in the mirror. I didn't feel safe unable to really get comfortable. Went home early

We had a roof over our head.

The place looked like a roach hotel. The facility was run down. But I do not mind any of that. The place was filthy. We went to the Meier and purchased cleaning supplies and toilet paper to weather the storm. When it is Indy 500 weekend, it is hard to find another place. I booked this place in February or March so that I would be prepared. I have photos if needed of the horrible conditions. I always wore shoes because your feet stuck to the carpet.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel, the pictures displayed of the room was not the actual room we walked into. I know I didn't pay for a four star hotel but for the price it also shouldn't have been a roach hotel. We did not even stay at the motel after seeing it.

It's Roach infestation, no toilet paper, uncomfortable feeling, and very unsanitary sheets underneath blanket not clean. I went to the front desk to see if they had a better room or at the very least could provide toilet paper and clean sheets, no one was there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
