Great customer service by the front desk

The room was filthy, my husband wanted to make coffee, when he opened it up, there was old coffee grounds in there. The water pressure sucked. Took forever for the AC to get cool, shower wasn't very cleaned and we were also left with literally 1 towel in the bathroom. Thankfully we were there for only 1 night, had we stayed longer we would've probably looked for a different accommodation

It was all great I love this hotel out of any others. I love how it's set up like an apartment. It's great to be able to do your laundry for free.they have a store to make it convient. There's a kitchen in ur room and they got every dish you possibly need.

The price could've been a little more cheaper just because my finances are hard to keep up with right now. But other then that I loved everything.

I liked the sizes of the room, and I liked that the hotel had almost everything you would need to cook and eat your food in the kitchen.

I didn't like that the dishes in the kitchen had not been cleaned from whoever and stay in the room before they lifted I didn't feel like it should of been my responsibility clean and dishes that I hadn't even ised yet

Very clean and easy to get to. When we checked out the young lady was very pleasant. She thanked us for choosing their establishment and wished us safe travels.

Room was not ready until well after 3 pm. Person on duty complained about being short staffed. Also. No pens, tv guide or light bulbs in lamps.

room was great comfy, warm.

The showers took along time to get warm, I mean a long time.. then it was just luke warm I get up early 4 am.. and at that time there were luke warm.. but good enough

Really spacious room, lots of amenities, and was perfect for my little stop in Indy.

The water never ran that hot when I tried to shower, so it was maybe room temperature water at best.

It was very clean and it is pet friendly, which is great because my dog sitter backed out at the last minute. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in minute's

I didn’t like that the pool was closed, hopefully it’ll be back open on my next visit

I loved the small kitchen in the room accessed with not eating out which is always the best!

My queen suite was perfectly sized, clean, cozy and stylishly furnished for a reasonable price conveniently located near the airport.

No ceiling fan in bedroom, no internet.

Loved how they had silverware and utensils in the kitchen.

Other than our shower wasn't working, I can't complain, but they had it fixed super fast.
