The rooms were cool, quiet, clean and comfortable, The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was top notch for both breakfast and dinner options. They had a shop near the reception where you can purchase ready-made meals for very decent prices. This helped a lot when you need something to grab and go because there's really nothing around the hotel itself.

The hotel location felt isolating and if you don't drive you have to rely on cabs. Being close to the airport, I thought it would be easy to get an uber but sometimes I had to wait 30 minutes to find one. I had to travel back and forth from the hotel everyday, though the ride itself was short (approx 11-15 minutes), the wait times to get an uber can take longer than expected.

The cleanliness of the room and layout was very nice and despite being on the property of the airport, the sound was completely blocked out and I could sleep nicely. The hotel was clean and spacious.

The bathroom sink was backed up and no matter how long I waited, it never drained out. Thus, the water I used to shave in and brush my teeth in remained all night long and never drained. Aside from that, my stay was great.

The room was clean and very nice. Staff was great.

I had to push back to receive free breakfast vouchers. Did not receive at check in. Realized they were needed when I went to breakfast with my family. I was told by manager that only 2 free breakfasts were included with stay typically. I pulled up my reservation and showed there were no limitations. Once I pushed back after 10 minutes I was granted the free breakfast I was promised when I reserved. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to have to push back to receive something I was promised with reservation. Manager was not friendly and acted like I was at fault. Definitely needs additional training to be in hospitality field.

We traveled to stay here for Taylor Swift coming to town, the hotel had a special swiftie breakfast and dinner set up. We was so shocked. The hotel was very nice and well maintained and we felt very safe and comfortable. They also had a grand piano in the lobby and someone in my group plays and they allowed us to use it and it was lovely!

I have no complaints. If we ever travel back to the area we will book there again

The food exsperience was good. Bed was fantastic. Decor in the hotel and room was fantastic and inviting. The inhouse market was a big plus.

Ice machine on 3rd floor bronken duing our stay and was not fixed after reporting. Had to elevator down to 2nd floor for ice then return to room.

The people were really, really nice and accommodating. I was a distressed passenger, and they have a lot of experience dealing with people who are not at their best.

The removal of the pool is in progress; once that's done, the atrium will be much nicer. With luck, they will also be able to get rid of the chlorine scent. The location is indicated as being right at the airport ... it technically is, but on the other side of the airport property from the entrance, so you still have to take a (very quick) shuttle to get there.

Enjoyed the breakfast though I used takeout. Thought selections gave good nutritional value. Glad to have coffeemaker and coffee in the room. Great to have microwave available as well in mini-mart

Each time I got ice, the bottom tray fell out making noise that likely disturbed guests.

The location of the property to the airport is excellent. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport. You can also leave your car there and they will shuttle you back to it when your flight returns for a small fee. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clean, organized, beautifully decorated. Milk at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The shuttle to the airport was fast and easy and the driver was very kind and professional. Room was clean, spacious, and lovely.

The restaurant only had two options out of the regular menu.

Breakfast was standard. Nothing special. Not horrible, just nothing stands out. Service was wonderful. The foyer of the main building was absolutely breathtaking. I loved walking around all the beautiful gathering spots, we didn’t have a large crowd with us, but it would be so much fun to go as a team.
