The property was good for the value, room was pretty nice. It was functional for what we needed.

I didn’t like the fact that they did not have anywhere a tv guide, or when breakfast was over. I didn’t not like the fact that one of the doors was messed and we had to walk all the way to the back of the hotel with our stuff. the shower head in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere when we showered..

Breakfast was minimal but nice to have Oatmeal muffins coffee and tea Laundry facilities are well kept and reasonable Kitchen facilities were in good working order and supplies (dishes, pots and pans, utensils…) were easily obtained upon asking

Breakfast hours could be extended (too early) Poor availability of luggage carts (more than one would be advised) Use of pool was sorely missed but understandable due to Covid Being allowed to have guests in the room was appreciated and a real plus The availability and use of the exercise facility (cleanliness and machine choice) is good

The hotel room was clean, the staff were absolutely accommodating, friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. It was a small apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As someone who has trouble sleeping, I was able to fall asleep quickly. The room provided a great deal of privacy.

The shower temperature was very hot and the adjusting knob didn't work. I let the staff know at checkout and they assured me it would be fixed. The doors didn't provide complete soundproofing for the occasional loud people walking down the hall

Judy checked us in. She was very professional. The location was great. The room was spacious. This would be ideal for family vacation.

I paid for a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa. It didn't have one. It was hard to get comfortable in the chair and watch TV. The morning front desk person was not that friendly. When I asked about the breakfast, he seemed upset that he had to actually put more food out. The grab and go breakfast was muffins and granola bars. The parking lot was filthy.

I loved the staff! Management and reps at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice! Booking.com made a mistake with my charge so I ended up being charged twice. The nice young lady at the desk and manager made phone calls to help get it resolved. The tv didn’t work initially and the same nice young lady helped resolve that issue and quickly. I listened as other patrons came in angry about issues that were out of the front desk’s hands. Staff listened and did what they could to help each customer. I’m really impressed with them. The location worked for our needs.

minor- tv remote didn’t work well. Hotel offered breakfast, only the breakfast consisted of mini muffins and oatmeal.

Room was great. Plenty of space, table, large fridge and small kitchen. All the appliances worked.

Outside the room. The hallway near my door had a water stain. And a slight smell of smoke. But the room did not which was awesome.

I liked the hotel room it was nice

I didn’t like how one of the two ac was broken, so when it was a few more of us it got hot. In the fridge it was cracked it didn’t bother me I was just worried they’d think it was our fault besides that everything else was fine.

Extremely nice welcome by the guy at the reception on our late arrival. Very nice woman at the reception in the morning when we left, too. Room is comfortable, staff is nice.

The only thing which is not perfect is the general condition of the hotel and room - it is OK, but some renovations would help a lot.

Our room was clean, staff was great and super nice, almost everything was amazing except for the bad below!

I saw a baby roach in our room, which I understand happened but I saw one not just the first time but the second time as well that we stayed! Also the elevator and the commons area wasn’t very clean, but you could tell it was due to the people staying/living there! cleaners need to double check the elevators and other common areas regularly! The road to get to the extended stay was also majorly full of pot holes I thought would swallow our tire however a few were fixed between our first stay and our second stay! Also we were in room 222 and the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was very low, I could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair in the shower! it wasn’t enough to stop us from staying a second time obviously, but wanted to make the staff aware of the situation!

The set up and the cleanliness, The attendant had a very kind disposition!

The only thing I did not like if I were to change anything about my stay is I would have preferred not to be right next to the back door because of the slamming door over and over.
