I liked how when speaking with Kiara at the front desk, that she answered my questions about the amenities the hotel offered, the drive time to downtown , and tips on handling Indy's 4th of July traffic ! The front desk staff overall , both day and night shift, and the wait staff at the restaurant Hangar were all pleasant which made our weekend getaway from Ohio a delight!

The only thing I would recommend is to offer a free continental breakfast like a lot of the other hotels do; especially the Marriots that I've stayed at. My significant other said because the hotel only has a coffee shop to purchase hot beverages and breakfast snacks, that when we travel next time we will go somewhere else, since there are no breakfast restaurants in the area.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The temperature was just right. Did not take advantage of the gym but it looked like a good one, also appreciated access to a washer and dryer. Front desk staff day and night were extremely helpful.

The staff in the restaurant in the lobby was less than helpful. We waited 20 mins for a to go order and the only people who were updated about the progress of anything were the dine in patrons. It was also extremely slow for thw amount of people and the time of day we stopped in. Food was decent, would not recommend restaurant due to service.

Friendly staff at the lobby. Complimentary airport shuttle was truly a godsend. The waiter (an older gentleman) who took care of us was very friendly and nice and gave us great suggestions.

The only minor complaint i would said was that our room was all the way at the end of the corridor and that side was close to the highway and it was a little noisier at night.

Close to the airport and most highway systems. It was nice that there was a restaurant in location.

Even though there is a fridge, there is no microwave in the room. If you bring food up to the room, you don't have a means of warming it up later. The sounds of nearby planes can bother some people. It didn't bother me but it did my partner.

The room was pleasant. Not huge but not too small. Honest opinion - the bed was one of the nicest my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel, and we slept like babies every night. No obvious noise from neighbors and not even much noise from airplanes coming from the nearby airport. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No problem getting hot water quickly even on the top floor. In-hotel bar/restaurant was nice with good service, yummy food and great drinks. Hotel is one of many in an industrial area near the airport. You're never going to get scenic views in such a place, but the views from this one are honestly not bad - especially on upper floors.

In-hotel Starbucks was a travesty - nothing in stock looked like it actually came from a Starbucks. The coffee was OK but in dispensers and clearly not made on-site. Not sure why they're willing to put their name on such a thing.

Friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very close to the airport, but you could never tell because you don't hear the air traffic at all.

The only minor "wish"; if a guest is staying more than 1 night(like myself), having your room attended to would great. It would have been nice to return to a tidy room, with clean towels after a long day spent in Indianapolis.

I liked the hotel, the bed was comfortable and staff was courteous and friendly. The same with the restaurant where we had breakfast. The front desk staff was always willing to help.

I cannot think of anything. The staff overall friendliness and response to needs, if anything, was enough for us.

Really liked the spacious and clean room

We ordered takeout from the restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get our food and it was overcooked when we got it. I think it was sitting somewhere in the kitchen and they forgot about us.

Nice and new facilities, good staff, reasonable selection of goods sold at the shop.

The slide door of the bath/shower did not stay closed (probably there was a slight uneven angle therefore the the door did not stay closed and slid open.

Loved the newness, cleanliness and feeling in the room. Even though in close proximity to the airport and to a major highway, the sound proofing was excellent and we were not bothered at all by those expected noises. We would stay at this property again!

Staff seemed a bit distracted/stressed/cold in manner, a warmer welcome with a smile would have been lovely.
