Room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

The website just listed breakfast but didn't list that it wasn't free. I heard another 2 hotel visitors were upset that it wasn't free. It's fine and understandable if it wasn't but it should have already been listed that there is a fee for breakfast. Nothing wrong with clear communication. Everyone needs to know before booking so they aren't being mislead when they are trying to plan their days or weekend.

I found myself in a situation that any provider dreads. Not having a place for my family to stay. Had to leave our first hotel (other hotel chain) do to the conditions of their facilities and due to the high demand was difficult to find accommodations. Lucky I was able to get a room and the staff was very empathetic and friendly. After the day I had it was all I needed. Safety and security for my loved k es.

Nice and clean and the ice machine was right by my door.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to call about my security deposit after a whole week. The front desk clerk look in the system and noticed that nobody had released it back to me. I feel that she be released as soon as you see that the room is exactly how you left it in good condition.

Staff was so cooperative. I checked in late in and we were so tired and hungry . Smiling welcome by the staff and offered coffee supplies was really helpful

Mattress was not firm . An upgrade of mattress would be a great win for the location and price

Love at check in was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and helpful. Chasity at check out was super helpfula nd patient when we forgot something in the room and had already checked out! We loved the matresses. They were wonderful, 2 middle aged moms REALLY apprwciste matresses that don't hurt our backs and plenty of pillows. We wished he could have lingered longer relaxing in the clean sheets, washed duvets.

The towels were well sanitized. So much so one started to rip when i put it around to dry my back! Oops! A great addismtion to the rooms would be a white noise machine or a fan, i always forget it when traveling, especially last minute

Rachel made me and my husband’s check in very simple and easy and her attitude was awesome! Thank you Rachel we need more pple like you!

The fact that there’s sign’s everywhere saying no pets allowed but as soon as me and my husband entered the building one of the male staffs let there very large dog run up on us and was not quick abt calling the dog off of us. He simply took his time addressing the dog.

Front lady gladly hustled for me to catch a shuttle to the airport.

Coffee pots becomes empty quickly in the morning. And you need to wait patiently until it gets filled up.

The location was great.Only a twenty minute drive from downtown indianapolis.

Breakfast not included. And it's at a restaurant inside a hotel, but must purchase separately.

Everyone was very helpful w/ but we really had no problems. I wish there was a breakfast bar on first floor but didn’t see any. That would be helpful. 😊

The rooms were nice, very clean. Staff was polite.

The breakfast was terrible. Not many drink choices had to ask for drinks. Coffee was far away from the breakfast bar. The food was bland.
