Love the proximity of the hotel to the zoo. We enjoyed the cleanliness and how accessible things were. Day shift staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful during moments of need. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast, although a pork alternative would have been greatly welcomed, it was satisfying nonetheless.

Although things were clean and functional, some things appeared in need of repair or remodeling. There were cracks in foundation and along counters. Specifically in our room, the bathtub faucet was loose and detaching from the wall, not allowing for the shower to properly function. The kind maintenance staff came and temporarily tightened it allowing us to shower for our stay. However, the over night staff member, Don, at the front desk, was short and impatient with us in trying to resolve our ability to use the shower properly. The mattress on the pull out couch was very flimsy and could stand to have been replaced.

The breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, fruit, cereal, etc. however, there is no gravy, which was disappointing.

The only thing about the room we did not like was the sofa bed mattress. It seemed like it was maybe only 4 inches thick and it wasn’t even level with the floor. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me and never gonna sleep on that bed, but they could not so unfortunately we had to pull the big mattress off the second bed in the bedroom That they could sleep on. And even before that there were no sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed and they had to go down and get them from the desk. So it was very inconvenient and I doubt if I’ll stay there again.

Easy to get to off the hwy was quite. Good size room lots of lights in the room. Property was very lite up. The guy that was working the front desk was very helpful we had reserved the last king room and he told us it was loud in that room from some system they had kicked on several times a night and ask if we wanted to upgrade for five dollars a night. Pool was great the spa was awesome They have a nice area outside the front of the hotel to sit and relax and unwind with rocking chairs and tables and a gas firepit table. It was all around a great place to stay we will stay there when we go back to indy.

There was nothing that we didn't like everything was to out standard

The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice, loved the location of my room compared to where I was parked at, hot tub was lovely and I liked that it was open until midnight, the bed was extremely comfortable for me. I slept like a baby!!!!

I was surprised to see there was no gravy as a choice during the hot breakfast. I've never stayed anywhere that offered a hot breakfast with fresh biscuits and no gravy. You should really rethink about adding gravy with the hot breakfast! Bacon needs added to the hot breakfast as well. If your going to offer a hot breakfast, give the guests some choices. Sausage was the only meat you could choose from. Simple fix....add those 2 items and your in business!! That's the only reason I didn't give it a perfect rating. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you!

I needed a last-minute room because my flight was diverted from Chicago to Indianapolis. Everyone on our flight was scrambling to get a hotel room. I had stayed at a Country Inn before and liked it. So I went with that choice. The girl at the desk was very helpful. My room was clean and inviting. I really was only there to sleep before my flight in the morning. But I was able to enjoy breakfast. I also appreciated the shuttle back to the airport.

Everything was great.

We loved pretty much our whole stay!! It was just for one night but it was very welcoming!! Upon check-in we could smell baked cookies. Then we learned cookies just came out the oven. Made the first impression warming!! Thank you for that(didn’t catch his name, my apologies) The seating outside made our evening so relaxing. The weather was beautiful Saturday evening. So to be able to have somewhere nice and inviting to sit, after a long exciting day was awesome!! My girls enjoyed the pool for the Adults only timeframe. A little hot tub time and then off to bed☺️ Breakfast was included with our stay, and I must say, the staff was pretty awesome about keeping everything stocked. There were multiple rotations of a crowded area but would clear out quickly and didn’t seem to have an issue with keeping up !! Again, thank ya’ll for a welcoming stay!! We will keep this location as one of our favorites for when we return!!

Don’t think there was much we didn’t like.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was big and spacious. It was clean. The staff was nice

Not near restaurants. When you did bring food back you weren't allowed to eat in the lobby. We travelled with aging parents and a young child. It was difficult to eat in the room where you didn't have tables. My son was already in pajamas and so close to the bed time. We are people who enjoy coming out of our room and hanging in the lobby for games. we won't go back.

It was a bit hard to find. I missed the road to get to it and had to turn around so a sign would have been good. While not Hampton Inn quality it was nice and quiet. I did have a problem. I went to the desk to get some help a couple times and there was no one there. I yelled HELLO... Hello.. and no one came out. This happened twice and while I don't remember the issues or the times I went up there it was annoying. I was too tired to have to keep going back again and again to finally find someone at the desk. I was moving to Atlanta, I was exhausted and really didn't need this. I had issues with the tv but other than that the stay was fine.

The tv had issues, there was often no one at the front desk to help with issues.

The room overall was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

We chose this hotel not only for the location but for the spa/ jacuzzi which a lot of the hotels don't have. There was a family with young children, which we have a nineteen year old daughter ourselves but we came to relax and their children were doing cananballs in the pool, being loud, and even one of their toddlers was in the hot tub. I find this to be a safety hazard, bad parenting and not really relaxing for me and my husband as guests.

Loved how clean the room was. We also really liked the fact the pool & hot tube was open until midnight for adults 10:00 for kids.

Honestly the hotel was great for the price & no real complaints. Just wished the lock wasn't broken on the side door, because I've young children, but we felt safe nothing made us feel uncomfortable. Great value and would definitely recommend. When we are in indy next time we will definitely be staying here again.
