An inexpensive, quiet, nice, newer extended stay/hotel place. I was on a long drive, and arrived at 12:30am. I read another review about late arrivals. Said you will have to wait for someone to check you in . I had to wait for 15 min for staff to open door but she apologized and was pleasant. Clean room, full size fridge, 2 burner stove, zero kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes, pans etc. includes Nothing kitchen related besides the fridge, stove, sinks and counters. Bathroom was clean, sinks, tub, toilet clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Good size tv. Elevator and stairwell could use a sweep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I didn't love waiting to check in, but understand their concept. If you can keep pricing lower and still offer a quality product it makes travel a bit more attainable.

It was beautiful and well designed.

Bed was too low to the ground. I am very tall and I literally had to fall down to get in the bed. I also couldn't keep the fan running all night. I also called when I landed to ensure my room was ready. The woman who answered said, yes, it was ready and she was there. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I had to call to get the woman back to the desk and waited ten minutes. I had just gotten off a very late flight and just wanted to sleep.

The location met our needs.

I received a pre check in email the day before our stay. Booking.com requested a credit card to pay for extra sundries. During our stay I discovered that my card had been charged for the full amount of our stay. Most unsatisfactory! Echo Suites did refund the money. Although the room had a microwave and hob, there was no kettle, cups, or cutlery.

The hotel is brand new, the mattress was super comfortable, large shower and big bathroom counter.

The sheets and bedding are a cheaper material, a little stiff but because the mattress was so comfy I slept fine all night anyways. The guests above us were also up all night moving furniture all night but that can happen anywhere.

No coffee maker in room, I understand it's an extended stay but since I was just visiting family I didn't need to purchase the packages available. Coffee was available in the lobby and food delivery counter was a plus.

No Kleenex AND, despite making a reservation to arrive after 10 pm at 9:30 pm, the company apparently cancels reservations if check-in occurs after 9 pm! My flight was delayed and only because the manager was nearby did I get my room. Nice lady.

Very nice hotel it had only been open for 4 weeks. I was impressed with the room I stayed in me and my family loved it!

The location wasn't easy find GPS wasn't able to locate it. It got me close enough to where I was able to get there on my own.

It is a new facility. There was still an odor ofl sheetrock mud, it was that new! The queen bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It has a useful kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. I would stay at Echo again.

I was not prepared for a phone in arrival/check-in. I arrived around 9:30 pm.

Had a little trouble checking in but Pam was able to get us into a room
