This is a wonderful clean hotel! The beds are amazingly comfy! And there is a microwave and big fridge in the room! We loved everything about the room!

The staff at check in was not very friendly. We asked about the shuttle - which at first it seemed it was not available, but after a while it was confirmed that there is space for the 2 of us on the shuttle at 6am. It seems that one has to make very sure to book the free shuttle well in advance, since it might not be available (full already). We asked about breakfast and was informed that it starts at 6am. It was not even mentioned that we could get our breakfast packed (since we paid for it). A deposit was also taken - which we were not made aware of when we booked.

We got there at 10 and left at 8:30 the next morning and so we just left there and we were on a group sales trips and breakfast was being provided for us so we did not utilize the continental breakfast. It was nice and clean and loved the water in the room.

I don’t really have any comments on this, except that there is literally nowhere to park more than one car and took out two spaces. Literally not one space to park even far away and had to go across the way to another hotel to park, I parked near the front where I wouldn’t be in the way but not a legal parking space

Staff was very friendly and helpful, both checking in and out.

The bathroom hand and wash towels are on a rack suspended over toilet. When you put a bath towel there and pull it off later, the towel rack rotates the other towels off the rack - 2 into the toilet bowl. SOLUTION: place to towels on the rack closer to the wall, not tge front rack.

We got down to the breakfast close to the end so there wasn’t much of a selection. The common areas were very nice and clean, decorated for St Patrick’s Day. The parking was very convenient.

The road leading back to the hotel was in very bad condition. It had deep potholes, A lot of potholes that you had to dodge.

It was clean. And quite for being by the airport. Breakfast was nice. But biggest thing, it was CLEAN!

Luggage carts weren’t available because there’s not that many of them had to wait. Still did not get one. No fan in the bathroom and no air freshener provided. I would suggest providing air freshener in the restroom since there’s no fan to vent out stinky smells.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided breakfast and is in close proximity to the airport with shuttle service.

Elevator was slow. Up / down button on the elevator didn't light up after being pressed and no indication the elevator would respond.

The room was gorgeous, king suite with kitchenette. Spacious, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with a good variety.

The room was a little more expensive but it was also a last minute trip and there was little availability. All in all, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was just a bag with an apple, muffin and a breakfast bar. I understand that this was because it was Christmas eve, but some more effort should be put into a breakfast bag if the restaurant is not available for some reason.

It was close to the Airport, it was beautiful inside and out!

I kind of took the wrong turn according to a GPS. Had to figure out once off the main road. Not sure why it worked that way. However that is not a Hotel problem.

Cleanliness and location.

The breakfast was a complete joke, but what was disappointing was the mattresses in the rooms. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I don't like feeling like I am sleeping on a piece of plywood.
