Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice both with water temperature and pressure. Nice supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The staff person was friendly. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby. It was a safe location.

There was nothing (no pans, plates,flatware, utensils, etc) in the kitchen to actually be able to use the kitchen. These items were for sale near the front desk but it is silly to expect someone to buy the kitchen items. What is the person suppose to do with the items at check out? I think the hotel needs to rethink this model.

I liked the location. The staff, Sarah in particular, were very helpful. Sarah always had a smile to greet me and was always busy taking care of anything that needed attention. She was always tidying up little things to make sure the guest had the best possible experience.

The over night staff always seemed to be away from the front desk. Had to ask for the things left in the hallway for what seemed to be a long time be taken care of.

I liked the location, less than thirty minutes from downtown Indianapolis. It was quiet and away from the loudness of the convention that we were attending. We appreciate that we could rest every night. The hotel is near many restaurants and you can always find something to eat.

I wished there was a sign on the street with an arrow telling us to turn. The road leading into MyPlace is through the side of a gas station. It is easy to miss this unmarked road at night. The place may be difficult to find for those who do not use navigation, such as Google Maps.

Location near airport is a big plus, due to we had relative flying in. Near shops, restaurants, interstate, etc. Very clean. Staff are friendly.

Shuttle transportation has to be arranged far in advance, & my relative did that, but no shuttle was available for return to airport. Thankfully, we were able to get him there just fine. No kitchen accessories/utensils in rooms & there is an upcharge for these items.

This place is superb. All around superb. This was a second stay for my mom and me for Thanksgiving with local relatives. I get an ADA-compliant room for my mom and a separate room for me, as we prefer separate rooms and the value is excellent. So affordable! The staff is terrific!

There is literally nothing not to like about this property. Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, and so clean!

Honestly my review would have been a 10/10 but the girl working at night decided to put a family that checked in at midnight directly above my room. Mind you, the hotel wasn’t the least bit busy or full…just completely nonsensical and lacking any kind of common sense or awareness. Other than that terrible experience everything else was great.

Every staff and everything was nice and peaceful. Heather,Ashley and the gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant. I will definitely stay again. This was my first time staying at my place and I was very happy. I really loved the first floor. 🥰. We were in town for my brother's wedding and my place definitely made my trip worth it

I would have loved a finger food breakfast

I stay in hotels a lot and usually go for chain brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, but everything was sold out or super expensive during the time I was in Indianapolis. I was hesitant because I didn't know the brand, but the place was over the top nice and clean, so much more so than those other major brands usually are for a lot more money per night. Very nice surprise and the staff were great!

My arrival ended up being much later than planned. Made a quick call , staff member who was friendly and informative. Upon arriving I was greeted and quickly checked in. Room was clean and spacious. I didn’t require anything during my weekend stay . Staff always had a smile and busy with a task. Pillows are fluffy beds are firm . I’ll definitely stay again !

Right off the highway. Close to Lucus Oil Stadium. Gas Station and fast food next door. Area was safe. Parking was great. Staff was extremely friendly. It wasn’t musty or damp feeling like other cheap hotels. Hotel doors were locket at night.
