Quiet, clean, friendly staff, quality linens.

The curtains do not overlap the wall by more than an inch. A true quality hotel has at least 5” overlap so the outside ambient light (parking lot lights, landscape lights) does not glare into the room. This is to save on $$, I guess, but 5” of fabric would have made the quality of my sleep so much better. The air conditioning unit in my room rattled so much that I eventually turned it off! So aggravating! Not horrible since it’s not that hot right now, but it would be a major problem in mid-summer. The light in the coffee nook cannot turn off, so light was glaring out T.F. e front and down through the electrical cord cut-out. I finally put a washcloth over the cord hole, which helped, but this is not an ideal situation!

Its a great clean and comfortable hotel. Its about 12 min drive from Indianapolis International Airport. Its an easy stay if you have an early flight.

I think the lobby can be a bit more cozy, but its a typical hotel by the airport. Most of them look and feel the same. Nothing to ride home about. I think it would not be hard to turn it a bit more cozy

Very clean and open spaces in lobby. Room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom was roomy-loved the large walk-in shower.

Water pooled on the floor outside the shower making it slippery. Also, there needs to be a mat in the shower as soap on the shower floor becomes a slip hazard.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

We purposely booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. We had no problems scheduling and using the shuttle for a ride to the airport. However, on the ride back, we finally had to Uber back- that was after two phone calls to the hotel and a 45 minute+ wait.

Very clean and modern…The gym was very nice and could actually get a good workout. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive and professional and friendly. We will probably stay there every time we come to town.

The restaurant. I was not expecting the food choices, it didn't open until 7 am, there was not any coffee available until the restaurant was open. There was 1 packet of coffee in the room. There were four ladies in the room.

 Exceeded in the cleanliness department, the room was absolutely spotless! Quiet floor! offered for us to park our car in the lot for our trip. Cheaper than long term parking at the airport and shuttle has us at the airport right on time! Th staff was outstanding as well as our shuttle driver!! The bed was comfortable and shower clean and supplied!!!

The Starbucks coffee machine was not tended to and all the cleaning codes were popping up!

Prime location inside a street mall, lots of options for restaurants. The hotel is clean, new and the staff was very helpful. I had a great stay! It is also very close to the airport and it’s a short drive to Indianapolis and speedway

I loved everything

The location was perfect! Shops and restaurants all a lovely stroll away... the patio with the fire was nice. The service was pleasant. The room was clean. The shower was huge.

I wish the breakfast was more buffet style, as my friend has dietary restrictions and the menu didn't offer much she could eat.

Expensive for one night in the middle of the week. No complimentary waters or breakfast for the price of the room.
