Fairfields routinely surprise me with their classy decor, immaculate housekeeping and attractive, well cared for rooms. front desk. staff was cheerful and accommodating. Breakfast is good--coffee is great.

The tile in the front lobby, the elevators, and especially the pool deck is downright TREACHEROUS. Slippery when even the slightest bit wet. Marriott should find a different tile for all new construction, and add some non-slip runners to protect your guests, especially in front of the elevators.

I had an original Booking.com reservation together with my other 2 coworkers for July 20. After checking them in, the receptionist couldn't check me in. As a result, we made a new reservation and I paid for it. I asked twice to credit me for the double charge and no one could answer! They only said they will transfer my request to their manager. This is not a proper service. I stayed there again alone on July 22, and still could not get any reply to my request.

The experience was fantastic! The location was perfect for accessing everything we needed. Our room and bathroom were spotless. There was a great selection for breakfast. My fiancée and I are definitely planning to return to this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay—keep up the great work!

Clean, comfortable rooms, location to airport

Employee in charge of sending the shuttle did not tell us the van read “Spring Hill Suites.” There is another “Fairfield Marriott” and we were taken to the wrong hotel. 90 minutes we will never get back.

The breakfast was presented beautifully, the food selection was superb. The breakfast staff was excellent with refilling items and making sure that the area was clean and tidy.

Loved everything.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Breakfast attendant was very friendly.

Stains on sheets. Trash outside by the breakfast area had a terrible smell which was a bit off putting.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Everything was perfect!

It was kind of expensive for a mid-west airport hotel.

I wanted to tell you that we stayed in room 103 and the shower leaked at the opposite corner of shower door onto the floor
