We came here due to some unfortunate circumstances so everything was very last minute. On top of that there was something going on in town and all the hotels were either booked or double to triple normal prices. Unfortunately the location we chose was also booked for the weekend but the staff worked their magic and did everything they could to help us be able to stay in our current lodgings as well as helped us locate a better price through our original booking company. The staff here have been amazing to us. The rooms here are pretty standard as far as size but the beds and linens are quite comfortable. It's also nice to have a place to put refrigerated items and a microwave to reheat those items as needed. The walls don't seem too thin either so the only time I heard any other guests is if they were in the actual hall. The bathrooms are a little larger than many places I have stayed and I absolutely love that these rooms come with a little closet for storage. Last but not least is the complimentary breakfast that is available in the mornings. Over the last few months of staying in different accommodations I have come to expect the worst if a "continental breakfast" is offered. The previous place we stayed offered a generic pre-packaged muffin or danish they had purchased from Sams Club and coffee, oj or apple juice to drink but here they gave several different options! Cereals, pastries, donuts, oatmeal, toasts, biscuits, bagels, eggs, sausage gravy and sausage links. Oh and french toast! Its just a nice way to begin the day and shows they really do care about their visitors. I would recommend the Baymont in Plainfield to anyone!

I have absolutely no complaints! I cant even begin to understand how anyone could. Youll not get better accommodations or customer service especially for the affordable price range.

The staff is awesome! Super nice and helpful. I thought the breakfast was good too, and the room was clean.

If you stay near the entrance on the first floor, the vending machines can make A LOT of noise. The staff had warned me about it though, and since I had to get up very early it was fine.

Great value for convenient, quiet, and comfortable room. Staff was great. There is a nice pool and exercise room too.

The rooms were nice and hallways nice and clean. My bed retained body heat and seemed to be high in the middle and it moved you down hill from there towards the side of the bed. I was a newer bed but just was uncomfortable for my 4 night stay... and what is with those square pillows... rectangles!!! The other thing was a desire for more variety for breakfast... it is the same every day!

It was a very clean place and we felt safe in this location. We did not want to stay anywhere directly in the city because we were traveling for a month and had all of our belongings with us. We felt very safe in this location and it was much bigger than we thought it was going to be! There was even a lounge and dining room table with chairs in the main area in between both sides of the hallway. There were no freezers in the actual room that we stayed in and we had ice packs that we needed for medication because we were traveling for a month and needed to keep our things cool as we drove to each state. The staff was able to keep our ice packs labeled and a safe place in a freezer until we checked out. We decided to stay tonight and it was a pleasant stay. It was very quiet and we were pleased with our stay.

There was a tiny bit of an odor when the main floor from some flooding , but they were in the process of and vacuuming out the excess water while we were there. We were impressed at the pool area was open until 11:00 p.m. but the chlorine was too strong for our eyes so we did not utilize it. We were actually glad that there was so much chlorine because we knew that that minute was sanitized, but it was too much for us to tolerate.

The property was so close to everything but still out of the city. We never came across any traffic, even going to and from a Taylor Swift concert. It was perfect! Everyone was incredibly nice. Every time I walked out of my room, a staff member said hello to me and asked me if I needed anything. The complimentary breakfast was yummy too!

The only thing I didn’t like was that I felt like some things were outdated. We really were hoping to stream from our other devices to the TV and couldn’t! They had that on channel lockdown. But of course this didn’t make me think any different of our stay. Just a first world problem. Everything was great overall!

The area around this hotel is nice for stop overs. It has a few restaurants and a gas station in the area.some you could walk to. Place has a shuttle and a pool.the window is facing toward the trees. The place was basic but clean. Decent TV, microwave, and fridge. Staff was friendly. Check-in and out were easy. Vending machines, pet welcome, and roll beds options, too. Had Dove liquid soap and mini Dove soap bar. There was a small table on the 2nd floor and laundry

Main dislike was breakfast. I'd recommend going to Cracker Barrel down the street instead. The biscuits were partially frozen and served in the bread container. The "hot food" was bland and cold. Second dislike were the mirrors. They surround you in the elevator. Then, the closet had surrounding mirrors and motion lights. Third, the stair location wasn't obvious when i arrived. Fourth motion lights - I get it and kinda nice but didn't like to wait for um to turn off. Fifth, there was a thud in the middle of the night - maybe it was thin walls, but I thought someone was in my room.

Of the Hotels in this Price range this one was one of the best!! Clean, comfortable and even though we did not use the pool, it looked exceptional. What ever they are doing, do not change a thing. It was really great to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was simple but really good. You had cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, slice bread, eggs, sausage, gravy with meat, orange and apple juice, and actually good coffee. Oh and condiments were all there.

The elevator is a little spooky and old but worked fine.

I absolutely love this hotel. Everything is so clean! The staff are friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to be accommodating to travelers. Close proximity to airport and lots of places to eat within walking distance. I have stayed here three times now and stay here everytime I travel to Indianapolis. You can’t beat it and the price is reasonable. I truly hope it stays that way. I am bringing my son to stay here next month. I travel A LOT and just can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s my favorite place to stay.

Morning. Everything was amazing.

We have stayed at this property multiple times since it was opened. It is in a very convenient location for us being near to family and friends when we visit from Colorado. The breakfast is always very good

The property is beginning to show some age. There are a number of cracks and stains in the bathroom. And somehow or another the staff skipped making up our room after we left Saturday morning at 7:30 AM not to return until after 9 PM. We had to go down to the front desk to request fresh towels.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and I really like that they didn't rush to put everything away as soon as the official breakfast hours were over. The hotel was very accommodating of the eclipse travelers, even providing viewing glasses and posting information to the various viewing events and activities in Plainfield and Indy. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants. They best part was the price I paid for the room. I booked for the April 2024 eclipse more than a year in advance and paid less than half of what I did for the 2017 eclipse in southern Illinois for a comparable hotel, although I had booked 11 months in advance. Specific shout-outs to GM Gabbie Hommel, desk clerk Heather and breakfast attendant/desk clerk Holly for being very friendly, professional, and helpful. Every staff person we encountered, not just these 3, understand and embody customer service. Plainfield has some wonderful parks and I was able to get some hiking in at Sodalis Nature Park (6 minutes away) and Hummel Park (3 or 4 minutes).

The room was rather small. That wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't had a third person, which made movement in the room difficult.
