Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.

We booked through booking.com. I received a confirmation. The reservation was not passed along to Comfort Inn so our reservation was not recognized. We ended up paying an extra $80 for a room at this hotel. We will be extremely reluctant about booking any stay through booking.com in the future.

The pool was nice, the area seemed safe, the staff was friendly, and the property was clean

There was nothing around - it was convenient to the airport and to the bowling alley my son was bowling at, but restaurants and shopping were at least 20 mins away. That isn’t the fault of the property - just a heads up for those staying here

Clean, comfortable room.

Either the key cards or the card readers are worn out. We had much trouble entering our room- usually took 5-10 swipes before the door would open. On one instance, the door never opened, so we had to go to the front desk to have it re-programed. We had very similar trouble with the secondary building entrances as well, making late night returns to our room very frustrating.

The big surprise was the room itself. It was large, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The air conditioner unit had the option of turning on the fan which provided white noise to block out anything sounds from outside the hotel or the hallway. A really excellent night's sleep was had.

I would suggest a breakfast scenario where there were more items or other items of a more healthy variety and more attention paid to the tremendous amount of garbage produced by all the "disposable" food packaging.

I was ask at my arrival what would the 3 days I would like to have them come in to clean during my 5 days I was there . I picked Thursday and Saturday because I knew it was going to rain on Wednesday and my Son and I would be in the room. they never came into our room to do anything and on Friday I let them know at the front desk. they did go into the room on Saturday our last day there and gave us clean towels and made the beds.

breakfast was fine. wish there was biscuits and gravy but it was still okay.

pool wasn't heated like advertised online and sauna didn't work.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good and glad that it opened at 6:30 am. We had to leave at 7 am. It was close to the Fairgrounds. We were able to pick where we wanted our room. The attendant gave us options. He also was happy to give us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch since the room didn't have any.

I arrived very late one night off a flight. I was tired and had to take the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle driver, an older gentleman, was lovely. And then upon arrival the two women were so kind and professional. I don’t know their names; one woman had tattoos and the other had dark hair. They were just lovely. Very good representations of your business.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They had a tasty, free breakfast. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagles, bread, etc.

The water in the indoor pool was freezing. The washroom door in our room locked, if you closed it you couldn't get in. Luckily a manager, I believe was able to get it opened. It opened from the inside but not the outside so we had to leave it open if no one was in the the washroom.

The staff was extremely helpful. Even if the tumble dryers were out of order they let me use their own. Breakfast was good with quite a good choice
