Tracy was so kind the evening of our stay. I usually know amenities and properties far before we travel but on this unexpected trip I had a lot of last minute questions and she had the patience and answers for all of it. All of the staff we interacted with were incredible! That's refreshing. Other pros, the king suite gives a nice privacy option and breakfast is better than good enough!!

The parking lot at this location is merged with multiple hotels and the spots are awkward. I parked next to a vehicle with flat tires and a rotten smell. I assume people live at the motel near the property. Only the smell bothered me, and it had zero impact on our safety or stay, but it is probably off putting to others.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Something happened that caused loss of hot water in the morning, so I'm not a fan of cold showers. The shuttle service was a confusing issue, and with the construction around the airport that morning, I had to wait an hour and a half. However, the staff was kind.

The room was very clean and we really liked that there was no carpet in the room. All of the people working were very polite and helpful.

Online it still says that there is a hot tub and the pictures are misleading. The pool area was not busy both times we were down there, but we always had to ask at the front desk for towels.

That I thought I was getting a Jacuzzi room and they do not have a Jacuzzi room or a spa tub or hot tub also don’t like how they charge $100 deposit when you use your card every hotel I’ve ever stayed in waves $100 as long as you use credit card and not cash. Also, the property does not use cash

Hotel was clean, room was nice and bed was comfortable. Was close enough to the Indianapolis speedway where we spent the weekend and there was a nice restaurant just down the road. Breakfast was good!

The hotel shares the parking lot with another hotel so it was crowded. There should have been more parking.

Breakfast was better than other places. Pancake machine that made them for you. Bacon was amazing. Was able to play music without any complaints.

No jacuzzi tubs on property although website booking said the king suite would have one.

We really liked that the room was newly remodeled! I really liked the colors and that there is no carpet. I liked that I could get ready at the sink while my sister took a shower and vice versa.

The room that the toilet and shower are in is really too small. If either of us was a larger person, the room would be too small. The microwave door seemed to stick as it was hard to open.

Good for what I needed, the staff was great and one guy just gave me what I was trying to purchase from the little food section.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the parking lot as horrible if you didn’t park early. I didn’t like that the parking lot was shared with the Motel 6 because there were some shady people at the Motel 6 just hanging in the parking lot

Liked the amount of space in our suite, as well as the jetted bath tub.

There were some definite miscommunications between Booking and the actual hotel. While they didn't ruin the trip, they were still frustrating. The confirmation info we received said the deposit amount would be $25, whereas when we checked-in we were told it was $150. The hotel also did not accept Discover, which is what our bank uses for debit cards. Booking did not mention this type of payment wasn't accepted which caused some stress when we tried to check in and instead had to use a different card.

the staff was amazing. the shuttle drivers were super friendly and welcoming. My room was beautifully remodeled and I appreciated the laminate floors. it was so much cleaner, a little echoy, but cleaner!

I do wish there was more than one cup in the room and better access to ice.
