Good location close to the airport and right next door to an amazing restaurant called Stacks. The breakfast at the hotel was good offering eggs, French toast, sausage, yogurt, cereal…everything one could wish for. The night desk clerk, Victoria was friendly and very helpful.

When I arrived at the airport I called the hotel for my free shuttle and was not told that the shuttle would not be named Clarion Hotel. There area group of hotels that use the same shuttle and I missed one because of this. Please advise people calling from the airport what shuttle to look for.

Nice staff, comfy beds. We stayed during weekend when most rooms in city were booked and at least double the usual price due to Taylor Swift being in town. I mean, almost every hotel that still had basic rooms went for $250 starters. I wouldn't have booked this hotel based on the reviews and I wasn't expecting a good stay. I was surprised. We had a good stay at the usual price - not inflated like the other hotels. I'm glad we gave it a try and it showed that reviews aren't always to be relied on.

Good. Was quick to replace when low

Had to park at restaurant next door not enough parking in lot. Was concerned car might be towed in morning. Was glad to see it was still there. About 10 cars parked there. Maybe let know at Checkin extra parking next door. Maybe make arrangements with owners next door to put up sign for extra parking. And pay them small monthly rent to use 10 spots.

Only thing I don’t like about the hotel is pool hrs.. I feel it should be open 24 hrs since it’s right next to the check in, and the WiFi isn’t the greatest.. YouTube wouldn’t work unless it was connected to my hubbys hotspot.. besides all that it was great

The only thing I didn't like was the TV service. It was hard to get any channels to come in and once we did they would go in and out

The hotel was clean, quiet and a good value for a hotel close to the airport. The airport shuttle was prompt.

Breakfast was nice to have and appreciate the opportunity for a hot complimentary breakfast. The service at the desk was very good - pleasant to interact with.

Unfortunately I'm not sure the location was prepared for the number of people who wpipd be at breakfast. The staff worked to get everything out in a timely.manner but biscuit centers were cold. I appreciate the recent renovation but our room smelled of paint a bit still. I would recommend leaving the window open for a bit to allow the rooms to breathe.
