It was convenient to the places we were visiting on our first time in Indianapolis. The price was a good value. The property was quiet and lovely. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of of pillows! Parking was convenient and convenient to the entrance. There were several welcoming outdoor areas that we might have used if the weather was warmer. The breakfast area was nicely stocked with a variety of cereals as well as teas and coffee. Some fresh fruit would have been nice but otherwise it was just fine.

We had some problems with the hot water. On the first night the water was barely warm and on Saturday and Sunday there wasn’t any hot water water at all. They were kind enough to to allow us to use a nearby un occupied room to shower which was fine. The TV required a code which we didn’t get until Saturday morning which was annoying. Also the room was heated with a faux wood stove heater. It wasn’t clear how to adjust the temperature. Part of the time it was too hot and other times too cold. I would certainly recommend that you have printed instructions with the TV code as well as how to use the heater available for guests.

Nice place. Good, comfortable location. Delightful staff. Good decor. Good breakfast. Nice fridge, but noisy. Good selection of pillows. Want to try the Paris Suite - looks top notch.

Mattress was too soft. For was difficult to secure when leaving. Narrow, steep steps - typical for that time Needs ice machine or cube trays in refrigerator.

Three of us came for the Indy 500 and the room was a great value for the event. Easy walking distance to the Speedway, free parking, and the staff are amazing. Rosie checked in on us many times and made sure we had everything we needed. Very safe, good communication, and breakfast was phenomenal. Shared bathroom was not an issue, clean and we never had to wait to use it.

There were very few issues with our stay. The house is a beautiful old home converted into a B&B, so do not expect a commercial hotel. But we would definitely stay again for the race, you can't beat walking to the Speedway.

Great location, 40 minute walk to NASCAR or $10 Uber R Ya Payment issue was resolved very quickly Nice room, comfy bed. Breakfast items available 24/7. Just a shame coffee machine needed descaling which after 10 beers and half a bottle of whiskey was beyond my cognitive abilities.

A bit strange not to see anyone when checking in other than the nice Mexican lady cleaning the room.

The home was an older home. Beautiful home in a great location. The bed was super comfy and we slept great!

The only complaint I had was that the door was a little less than secure. It's probably just where the house has settled over time. And maybe a ceiling fan, being on the top floor it got a little hot in the room. But it was a great stay.

Really liked the atmosphere created in small-scale inn staying. Great communication with staff as well as simplicity towards the stay

The staff were so lovely. My husband and I found out we had covid in the morning, we felt sick and did a RAT. We put masks on and told the lady. She was so kind to us. Offered to pick up stuff at the pharmacy for us. She told us not to worry, and appreciated us letting her know. The breakfast she made was delicious. it was egg tacos, so yummy! plus there was fruit and yoghurt, we couldn’t finish it all. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very large and the bath was perfect. exactly what I needed after a long day driving on our road trip
