Location was perfect. Room location was perfect for us. Jodi at front desk was accommodating from time of booking to checkout, informative, cheerful, and so polite. She made our stay wonderful. Breakfast could use a little more variety-we were there for a week. Housekeeping polite and accommodating.

Pool area need to be remodeled to get rid of mold smell. So only swam once for a few minutes. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were something to be desired. I think they are pillows all Wyndham use we stayed at another hotel on our way to Indy and they had the same awful pillows.

Both Ellie, when we checked in, and Aaron when we checked out were very helpful. We requested an accessible room, and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious, and had a nice sitting area. There was a long table to hold items, a bench, and a rack for luggage. The shower was great, and we liked the barn-type door. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great, (in particular the biscuits and the potatoes). The pool and the exercise room were very nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle and driver were great! The breakfast was awesome, hot options…not your normal run of the mill banana and yogurt. It was perfect for us before heading out to the track for the race we were in town for.

The area is a bit sketchy and not a ton of options close by for restaurants, unless you have a car. We were just ubering where we needed to be. But no issue with the hotel itself, that was great’

Everything was great! Our room was very clean the staff was very friendly we especially loved the pool and hot tub!

We loved everything except the people that stayed in the room above us they constantly stomped across their room literally all night long! It was very hard to get our child to sleep and my husband and myself didn’t sleep at all cause of how loud they were. My husband told the man at the front desk but nothing was done about it.. other than that everything else was great!

That after trying to get the air fixed and the guy spending all of 5 mins looking at it (Wich wasnt a. Issue if it worked) that I called back wasn't really offered any other solution but I then Asked for a fan at minimum to help with breathing issues that I explained to them were bad and proceeded to wait from 8:15- 11 pm to receive that fan Wich I only got after asking for it after a 3rd call because we were miserable waiting to go to sleep

Breakfast was very nice. There wasn’t anything else you could ask for. Breakfast area was always kept up and clean. The room was nice. One thing, it was a handicapped room but there were no handrails. Also the shower splashed out on the floor making it a slipping hazard. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. I wanted to get in the pool but it was too cool. I got in the whirlpool instead.

The breakfast was decent and I was glad it began at 6 a.m. because I had an Uber picking me up at 7 a.m. to travel to Purdue University.

I had to call the front desk both nights I stayed at this location because some patrons were screaming in the hallway. The noise level was unbearable and kept it up so I did not have a restful stay.

The lady working the desk let me check in 30 minutes early so that was greatly appreciated.

The Hot Tub was "Out of Order" and housekeeping girl was pushy to get me out of my room so she could clean even though it was only 11:30am and checkout was Noon. I was actually using the bathroom when I heard noises outside. I came out and she pretended that she thought I checked out already and the Red Bull I had just opened was thrown away and keycards were taken. If I had my wallet out there I would have caused trouble for that girl.

First of all the staff is wonderful..very helpful..friendly..breakfast was early and always on time..even when they had people leaving for airport early early they had something out there to eat..my room was very spacious and nice..I was on the first floor which was newly renovation..overall very nice stay and would definitely stay again..great job staff

Typical electronic key fault for multiple day stay. Not just this hotel so not picking on them. Shower water was to hot. Toilet flush chain broke, but the staff fixed each item right away. Of course, who would like broken amenities? However; the hotel gets 5 stars for fixing the issues in record time!!!
