Location was great & staff was outstanding as always. This is our 3rd year in a row.

Service in the restaurant was absolutely horrible. Blond waitress was very rude & didn't offer us a single refill. Was very disappointed, as I've spent a lot of money in the restaurant & the bar over several years. From now on we will always leave the hotel to eat & buy our own drinks.

The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!

The elevators and handicap accessibility. The only area for elevators is the main entrance because the others are out of order. This is a VERY large hotel for their not to be NUMEROUS elevator access areas and numerous elevators.

When we arrived our reservation was messed up due to 3rd party booking. We initially were dealing with a very rude desk clerk, but then the supervisor stepped in & took care of us. Samuel was fantastic along with his lady Supervisor. He made sure we were put in the correct room. After our stay & we got back to town, I noticed they had adjusted my rate & made it all right. I'm very impressed by this staff & following through with all their promises to make everything right. We will definitely be back!!

I loved how close to downtown Indianapolis the hotel is. I love how easy it is to get to downtown Indianapolis from the hotel. The beds and the pillows were super soft. They had a microwave which was unexpected but very very welcomed.

They have a Starbucks / mini store but nobody ever works the counter.

Property was clean and the room I originally purchased was upgraded to a bigger room with no extra charge to me.

There was a convention on the weekend that I was there and there was one working elevator near the lobby with the other two next to it not working.

Everything was great. THe costumer service, the manager, the food at the restaurant. Very busy weekend and it was a great experience. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Elevators. There needs to be more elevators for the amount of people that they had staying there for this event. There seemed to be only a few working. At one pt there was an emergency which caused the elevator to be out of commision for about 3 to 4 hrs which caused more traffic issues with crowds.

The staff was amazing. The restaurant happy hour was golden! Overall experience: husband and I were extremely satisfied.

Temporarily had A/C issues. But it was quickly resolved maintenance team came to resolve the issue and was very helpful.

Great place to stay! Best night’s sleep I’ve ever gotten in a hotel due to the new beds! The complimentary early-morning shuttle to the airport was a godsend, too.

No complaints, whatsoever, will stay here again!

Room was large. Very clean. Rep and check in was so friendly.

Not all elevators were working. A lot of waiting when events at the convention let out or you took the stairs.

The hotel was very very nice. I enjoyed my stay and my room a lot. The bathroom lighting was really nice and luminous. I’d definitely stay there again. It was really secluded. I’d just request to stay on a higher level next time.

Lots of noise outside my door. I was on the first floor and there were a lot of kids running loose and being noisy. There was not a side door which is very dangerous. I came back to my room late and I was traveling alone. I had to park way in the back on the side of the building because the lot was full. It was very dark and there was no side entrance for me to use so I was walking a long distance in the dark to get to the front of the building.
