It was quiet while sleeping, easy to contact desk when needed with friendly staff, breakfast was excellent with numerous choices to choose from, pool was a nice area/set up to relax with my family, Would recommend to anyone & would stay again. Thank you

I think if someone is staying more than one night they could keep plenty of towels/rags for that stay of what is needed but it's no big deal asking for some either. & of an evening the parking filled up really quick but we still found parking.

I'm not sure the two staff names that was working at 4am but they went above and beyond. After driving 15 hours from NYC and having another 15 to go to Colorado my wife booked this. After swearing I was only getting 5 and a half hours of sleep I overslept and was 30 min past checkout. After throwing everything in our bags and taking the pets to the car I went to the desk to checkout and apologize knowing I would probably have to pay for another night since I was an hour past. Checked out just to find out those two amazing people had given me a 6 pm checkout. I was almost tempted to go back to bed. If you're reading this, Thank you so much. Beds were great pillows were comfortable? Shower was clean and hot, and of course the staff was superb.

Everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful and down to earth. From the guy who checked us in to the guy who drove the shuttle, excellent! The rooms are large. I was thinking in the common spaces it looked a little not polished. Found out, by accident, they are actually going to renovate, soon. We loved the size of the rooms and the free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was perfectly fine. It was ideally located, cheap gas across the street, too, for people with a rental car.

It was a little messy in the elevator and we smelled smoke, so we think someone was smoking in a room.

The room was very clean and spacious. The fitness center was large and well-equipped. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar because there weren't any restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel has direct TV, so due to the dispute with Disney, we could not see any ESPN or Disney channels. It was the first week of college football, so this was disappointing. The TV kept losing signal.

Extremely clean, and a gorgeous room. Very comfortable and a well-taken-care-of property. Staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating of my pet. Breakfast had a lot of options. Very safe area as well.

$75 pet fee felt a little bit too expensive. The property is right across from a gas station so not the best view, but the comfort and cleanliness of the room absolutely surpassed that!

The staff became our best friends!! The maids did not speak English but had phone that could translate our questions into English which was beautiful!! You should buy all the staff phones for that reason!!

Location was very hard to find. I got lost trying to find the Hotel.

I'm very satisfied. Finally, it's really clean. The rooms have a double bed. I really love the hotel. Those of you who would like to spend a good time go there. I really enjoyed my party. 10/10 they provide breakfast every morning.😍😍😍😍😍😍

Didn’t realize it was under construction. Was there for work late hours early mornings. The noise was super tough when trying sleep and preparing for working an event. Also no water for almost 5hours of the event date i had to work and couldn’t shower.

water pressure kind was bad in the shower the heat ac was weird as it would go back to 74 if you left for a while and take a long time to cool down

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, large, and comfortable. Overall nice place to stay.

Water pressure was not good. Coffee brand not good and no selection of creamer flavors. Breakfast same everyday.
