Room is spacious and comfortable (furnishings on the older side, but TV has Netflix and Prime if you sign in, and YT, along major channels), with small balcony and open view. Location is 15min away from the airport by airport shuttle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has an indoor pool, though I didn't have time to go.

Airport shuttle leaves at 10s and 40s (e.g. 08:10 and 08:40) from the hotel, but only if you sign up ahead of time - if no one signs up for that time, it doesn't run. This means that at the airport, the shuttle should show up around the 25s and 55s of the hour (e.g. 08:25, 08:55 etc.), but because it doesn't always run (see above), it means that if you're at the airport, you need to call in advance so that they know to come get you. I didn't have a US number so I couldn't reach them, but luckily there was another guest waiting for the same shuttle. This was a little more complicated than desired.

Loved the orientation of the furniture and separation of bathroom sink/vanity front m the toilet and shower. The sliding glass door and balcony were a pleasant surprise.

The coffee table in our room had a broken leg and fell over when we tried to make more room for our feet while on the couch. we were a touch disappointed the bar/cafe closed at 10. we would have like to catch a drink and bite of food after my husband's long flights.

Easy booking, friendly staff, close to where we needed to be, clean rooms, easy check in/out

Beds were hard, no free coffee available in lobby like most hotels, food is very expensive downstairs so must leave the premises to get any affordable meals, not enough towels for bathroom in room, trash cans are very small with no bag inside.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Our purpose for staying was to pick up one of my kids from the airport and the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice! Clean pool, a nice cafe in the lobby, and open area outside with tons of seating! Very nice place for a great price.

The pool and hot tub was closed at midnight。There even has a big fire pit with fire on dring the evening in the court yard .And I really enjoyed the hot healthy breakfast.

Not enough pillows. Because we were use the sofa bed. There was no extra pillows for the sofa bed.

This premise provide a shuttle from and to the airport ... this was top choice of mine. Everything they did was provisional!!

NO ICE, when there was no ice for the vending machine not a big deal but ... I am an ice lover.... otherwise everything was provided.

Loved our stay! Nice pool, comfy beds, cute balcony, adorable courtyard, helpful staff, etc.

The spa was broken, but that was the only negative.

Staff seemed tired. Not rude by ANY means. Just give those people some breaks!!!

The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Great place for a small family. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazes me when a business oriented hotel still makes its guests hunt for plugs to charge mobile devices. It’s the simple things.
