Having direct tv with all channels. Microwave, refridge., air condition good shape, the breakfast we didn't get to eat but it smelled good.

There was holes in the wall and we had to put a deposit down in case we did anything to the room. The beds needs to be changed out. toilet to low to the floor. Needs more lighting in the room. Room had a musty smell but I carry air freshner.

The breakfast make it yourself is pretty cool. They have fruit cups, yogart, breakfast sandwiches sometimes coffee juice machine, waffle maker, all your breads and Danishes. Even the little boxes of cereal with milk. We got what we asked for as accomodations goes. And a washer and dryer on both floors. Ice was acceptable to get any hour of the day.

Maybe the noise in the halls and able to hear conversation in the hall from people's rooms

My husband just came out of the hospital and we needed to rest before traveling home. They went above and beyond to make him comfortable. Extra pillows, towels, ect .. Excellent staff...

Exterior could use some work. Nothing major.

found out the back doors are not secure left standing wide open all night did not feel safe at all

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The grounds could use policing as there was quite a bit of litter about the parking lot and lawn. Unfortunately where don't we see that these days. 😪

Loved the extra pillows on the beds, as well as the extra towels were a plus

The room was way too cold and smelled like mildew but the front desk took excellent care of us !
