Location was great, only complaint I have is how busy they were with people checking in and the lack of communication between the man who answered and the actual worker. Front desk lady was nice and very helpful.

When you check in if nobody is available they have two lines where you can reach them, it took 3 phone calls for the man to answer to tell me that he'd be back at the front desk in 15 minutes but we waited 35 before a woman appeared. She had ran to get supplies so the wait was understandable but if only it had been communicated better that would've been preferable.

I didn't like having to pay such a high deposit of $125.00 and I wasn't told that in advance until I called the hotel before my arrival; also, the first room--everything was unplugged and the carpet was very wet !!!, the first room also smelled like mildew--horrible !!!, but I told the front desk about the situation and they gave me another room and it was fine !!!,

Sorry, I got the likes and dislikes mixed up, but after getting the other room, everything was fine !!#

Loved the location as it was easy to highway and entertainment. I did like the room size as well as comfort of sheets. Loved the atmosphere of the rooms.

Room was good but missed cups and ice bucket. Breakfast was very minimal and there was no real ambiance at all in the office area. Vending machines were standard.

The seclusion was great, and so many places in walking distance to eat, or shop at!

I have to be honest, there was a broken mirror or something outside of our room and I soon came to figure out it CAME from our room. Realized after finding some glass pieces still in our room. There was also a bunch of random stuff on the carpet, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. I don’t even want to mention the very very weird substance that was just sprayed across the picture that touches the bed.

Great room....great service. The area is just a little sketch....but had nothing to do with the customer service or the cleanliness of the room.

The tv is blurry..the water don't get hot for 40 minutes so I can't take shower till a hour later...

The staff was nice and rooms were acceptional. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The fact you couldn't take breakfast to your room but due to the nature around I understand why

Coffee was available in Lobby, and staff was happy to make more if needed. It was located very near where I needed to be.

Breakfast has been suspended due to either remodeling or Covid related.
