Room was very good for the price. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

My room faced the interstate, which was quite noisy--I'll request a room on the parking lot side next time. It's not in a bad neighborhood, but the access road has terrible potholes, which gives a bad first impression. Eggs and sausage for breakfast could have been a bit hotter.

I loved the fact that it was clean and we had plenty of towels in our bathroom. Also, the staff at the front desk were very hospitable. They made our check-in and check out go smoothly. They had a lot of hot and cold options for breakfast as well.

The water for our baths and showers didn't get hot enough. It was kind of lukewarm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with several selections.

No pool.. under construction, Called in the evening to ask a question about pets, and the person in a heavy accent just said " no dogs" and hung up. Called back the next day to talk to a Staff member to ask if they allowed pet's and they explained that with a deposit, they do.

Easy to find, nice staff, close to restaurants & other things to do, comfy bed. It was great for the price we paid. It’s a typical small & worn hotel, not fancy but nothing wrong with it. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or pool this trip, so I can’t review that but their were people outside enjoying the pool every day we were there.

The property has strict rules, so you don’t have to worry about walking down the halls smelling smoke or dog/cat urine. The price is amazing and the best value in the area.

I wouldn’t say it’s something I didn’t like, bit the new owner just took over 3 months ago, and you can tell they are still trying to get everything remodeled, repainted, etc.

The staff was exceptional! Very kind and went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were comfortable accommodated.

It was overall great! If I HAD to pick one thing, I guess I would say more breakfast options. It was however just fine for my son and there is a Cracker Barrel right next door if it’s not to your liking.

The architecture on the side was beautiful. The staff was excellent and helped every way they could. I arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning and they were waiting for me.

The morning breakfast needed more of variety. The coffee wasn’t tasty and watered down.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! It’s a good hotel for a great price!

All I could say is that it could use updated appliances, but they said that their facilities are being upgraded within the next couple of months so I’m excited to come back for that!

When I go to the Baymont the staff remembers me and I’m greeted by name, “is it good to be back” or “ I remember you from summer!” The entire staff is accommodating and just genuinely nice human beings!

I never have any complaints and I’m sure never will.

The entrance road into hotel and Cracker Barrel....needs attention and tree's trimmed at entrance so you can see where you're going at least! Everybody thinks they're pulling into the sex shop Lion's Den.
