I liked that it was much cleaner compared to many other red roof inns, although a low bar, it’s an improvement! I found the staff to be very friendly, All in all a decent stay, worked well for two nights.

I wish we had do not disturb cards so room service wouldn’t check your room multiple times a day. I wish sheets and blankets would be checked for stains and replaced and bleached when necessary.

We stayed for 11 days and staff were very polite, honest,friendly and very helpful.

Other than would have liked the 1st floor.

The room and the staff were exceptional, very impressive. The guests were also friendly and helpful. I really felt that the staff cared and they wanted you to know, that they did. I have been in a precarious situation, of late. It was nice to feel that I'm Important.

No help with the vending machine. Staff commented, they were not owned by the property. But a guest did try to help me. And ...there were issues with theTV reception. IAM NOT A FAN Of DIRECT TV....

The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and the location was great, only 15 mins from downtown. The accessibility for my Uber drivers was great, it was right off the express way.

I requested extra pillows which I did not receive due to the hotel not having enough to spare. I was required to pay a $50 deposit when I got there that I was not told about, however it was refunded in 5 days. Also I feel that $200 for 1 night was a little steep, however I was not going to stay somewhere with bad reviews so I paid the extra.

Nice staff. Great location with Starbucks and Walmart as well as restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet too.

Bathrooms were a bit small. Built in hairdryer didn’t work very well.

Prices were raised quite high for what is normally an economic place to stay due to Taylor Swift concert in town.

1 tiny towel per person doesn't cut it. Bed was only so-so. Could be cleaner.
