The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the beds very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch to an all around great stay. The conveniently located hotel is close to the Franciscan Hospital where my husband was having surgery, and shopping and restaurants were just a short distance away. If I have a need to stay in the area again, I’ll definitely make Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Indianapolis South Greenwood the place!

I had no dislikes about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations for location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and all else. I highly recommend!

Breakfast we hot and what you would expect for a hotel these days. It was extremely quiet for the stay, that was the biggest plus.

Booking.com completely dropped the ball on the reservation. The hotel could see the Booking.com confirmation on my phone but they never received it. Their call to Booking.com confirmed the reservation but they couldn't explain what happened and it never came through. You were just lucky the hotel wasn't busy b/c we'd have been out of a room. IT TOOK US CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO GET CHECKED IN. BOOKING.COM REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE.

From checking in to checking out, our stay was wonderful. Staff was pleasant & eager to help. Our room was designed for relaxation & the mattresses are the only one we’ve ever found to be more comfortable than ours. Breakfast serves a good variety of food, so you leave with a full stomach no matter what your dietary restrictions

We arrived around midnight after an event, along with many others. The employee at the front desk was super nice and was able to help us find open food places, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is fairly new so it was very clean and had all the extras in the room! It was also a short drive from downtown!

They had very friendly staff that seemed to truly care about their guests. The staff seem to go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! The breakfast was also above standard they had far more any toppings for waffles that I've ever heard of in my life!

There was nothing I really didn't like about the place

Easy access from highway. Room amenities were beautiful especially the bathroom/walk in shower and sink area design.

Could use small table on the side of the bed. There was no place to put eye glasses, phone, or charge phone, bottled water. I had to roll the desk chair over to use as a “table” on my side of the bed.

Staff was very warm and friendly from check in to breakfast staff. The hospitality was great. Our stay was above par. Room clean and spacious. Our needs were definitely met. Thank you.

At night I like to sit back and put my feet up. And had to pull the chairs to the bed so I could rest my feet on the bed.
