The hotel room, and the shared meeting room that was also the breakfast area. There were 15 tables available to boardgame with friends after attending Gen Con.

Room was not cleaned every day. If the do not disturb was not removed by 8:30 a.m. then the room was skipped by the maid.

I liked how big and spacious my room was. It was nice and clean. I absolutely loved the hot tub! 😍 Also the breakfast was really good! I've been to a few 3-star hotels now, and so far La Quinta had the best breakfast layout! Also they have some really tasty coffee.👍🏽 The price for the room was very reasonable too.

Nothing too serious, just two things. For some reason the TV in the bedroom wasn't working right. Most of the channels were blocked, and required a passcode to unblock them. I tried asking the staff about it, but sadly they were no help.🫤 Luckily the "living room" TV was working fine. Also the bathroom floor needs to be updated. The floor is made of wood, and the water has caused some of the flooring to come loose.

The property was clean and in a good location will visit again.

During the ending of breakfast the lights was turned off on those who was in the area finishing up. I thought that was very rude to do to guest, rather it was closing time or not, another day a man was coming in and they closed the doors in his face. That was very rude as well. The noise in the hallway from other guest, it should be a sign saying respect others whose staying in the hotel or something it’s like they was having there own party in the hall, being loud.

From the moment we walked in, the front staff was so welcoming and considerate. I was traveling alone with my 2 boys and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing with them and me. We had wings at the bar area, where my kids played pool and Foosball and I got to relax and have an adult beverage with the ease of knowing we didn't have to leave or order out for food. While my boys were bummed about no pool inside, I will be staying here next time just because of the staff!

Nothing really. If I had to complain about something, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working.

The place was very clean easy access to Freeway and plenty of places to get food the Walmart was rite down the street

I requested extra blanket and pillows and the blankets had so many holes in it it should of been thrown out and it was definitely time to replace the pillows the parking lot needs to be painted with exact parking spaces cars were parked everywhere the breakfast wasn't good I believe the eggs were powdered eggs the sausage appeared to be under cooked but were rubbery the waffles were good

The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good enough for a GF person. It got the job done and that was more than I expect in many places. The coffee was actually quite good. I did not feel a need to find a good coffee shop after breakfast. Overall, 4 out of 5. There are things that could have been better for me but it was good value for the money! I would book this place again the next time I visit Indy.

The room was very clean and it was a pretty quiet stay. There is a super target about 10 minutes or less away and a lot of food options all around.

The elevators are pretty slow and I was on the top floor. The Tv’s are not smart Tvs and only have cable so you must bring an HDMI cord to be able to stream from netflix,max,prime, etc…

Bathroom - The water pressure was excellenct. Usually in a hotel room there is little to no pressure. This was awesome

A mirror with an outlet nearby. The full length mirror did not have an outlet. It made it difficult to finish hair and make-up while my spouse was showering.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, no loud noises disturbed my stay, complementary breakfast was good.

Since it is a little retired from downtown, you have to wait for over 20 min for an Uber to get to downtown. It is the same to get back, unless you pre-book an Uber in advance, you will get at least a 20 min wait.

The hotel is being renovated. Eventually it will be a great place, with a pool and all sorts of other ameneties. Staff was really friendly and kind. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They also accept pets. There were tons of places for food and drinks. Even the stores were close, and it was just off the highway

Bathroom was still worked on. Pillows were ok. I wish the pool was ready, as it was being renovated l(just a wish)
