The hotel room, and the shared meeting room that was also the breakfast area. There were 15 tables available to boardgame with friends after attending Gen Con.

Room was not cleaned every day. If the do not disturb was not removed by 8:30 a.m. then the room was skipped by the maid.

Location was great. Easy access to interstate and surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. Super Walmart across the street too. Plus, there's an absolutely great Mongolian restaurant nerby called Yummy Bowl that is incredible. We were staying for Gen Con weekend so being able to bring our board games back and play them in the banquet room was really nice. Plus, the full breakfast was a great value in the morning before heading to the convention. Would stay here again.

Elevator was super slow. There was renovation going on so there was a very strong chemical smell sometimes on the lower floor near elevator.

I made the reservation in advance and let the property know when we should have arrived. When we got there, I was told we might have to wait 45 min. for our room. I was pleasantly surprised when the sweet young lady working at the desk informed me that our room would be ready in 3 minutes. We had been on the road all day and wanted a few minutes before heading to the DCI finals at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Getting us our room quickly made all the difference. Thank you. I'm sorry I did not get names, but ALL of the staff I encountered during our stay were friendly, helpful, and polite. I'm from the south, so that is saying a lot. Well done, La Quinta Indianapolis South.

Nothing stands out.

Check in was really easy and staff was super nice. Felt very safe as I was traveling alone for work. The hotel is well located; easy to find and parking was pretty straightforward. Very convenient to other businesses and restaurants. I liked that while it was near the highway, I could still get some much needed rest to prepare for the next day's travel.

The floor I stayed on smelled quite strongly of chlorine, but within the room it dissipated. When I got to the room I could see the pool from my window, which was fine! I was a bit confused by how strong the chorline smell was from the floor/hallway I was on. The air what shut off in the room, but it only took about 15 minutes with the AC running to cool things down from the otherwise humid space. Facilities seem well managed, but a bit dated, however it seems like some upgrades are in progress.

I liked how big and spacious my room was. It was nice and clean. I absolutely loved the hot tub! 😍 Also the breakfast was really good! I've been to a few 3-star hotels now, and so far La Quinta had the best breakfast layout! Also they have some really tasty coffee.👍🏽 The price for the room was very reasonable too.

Nothing too serious, just two things. For some reason the TV in the bedroom wasn't working right. Most of the channels were blocked, and required a passcode to unblock them. I tried asking the staff about it, but sadly they were no help.🫤 Luckily the "living room" TV was working fine. Also the bathroom floor needs to be updated. The floor is made of wood, and the water has caused some of the flooring to come loose.

Location was good, restaurants and shopping walking distance Pool was nice and clean

The noise was awful, evidently construction was going on during our stay ( that's fine but I think we should have been warned that at 7am they would be directly out our window on a lift) I was there with 4 kids who needed more sleep than that. Quiet time was noted when we asked about it but didn't matter to the people above us stomping til 2am...I use a sound machine to reduce outside noise and it didn't work at all.

The property was clean and in a good location will visit again.

During the ending of breakfast the lights was turned off on those who was in the area finishing up. I thought that was very rude to do to guest, rather it was closing time or not, another day a man was coming in and they closed the doors in his face. That was very rude as well. The noise in the hallway from other guest, it should be a sign saying respect others whose staying in the hotel or something it’s like they was having there own party in the hall, being loud.

The facilities were decent for the price and room was spacious. We had a suite style room which was great for traveling with 4 little ones. The staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

This is the one thing that bugged me the most: The smell of smoke all around and even in our room when we first arrived. The hallway always smelled of smoke.

The hotel was close to my destination and conveniently located off the expressway. Quiet location.

Everything was above average. There was a condensation leak in my room. I reported to staff right away. The offered a new room, but I decided I was too tired to change rooms. They supplied me with towels to help soak the water from the carpet. It ded not interfere with my stay. Staff was very helpful.

From the moment we walked in, the front staff was so welcoming and considerate. I was traveling alone with my 2 boys and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing with them and me. We had wings at the bar area, where my kids played pool and Foosball and I got to relax and have an adult beverage with the ease of knowing we didn't have to leave or order out for food. While my boys were bummed about no pool inside, I will be staying here next time just because of the staff!

Nothing really. If I had to complain about something, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working.
