Room was clean. Pool was nice for the kids.

Could not find anyone at the front desk when trying to check out. Tried paging and waited 15-20 minutes. Ended up having to leave the room keys on the front counter. Had to get my grandson to his state tournament baseball game.

Very nice attendant. Room was spacious with everything we needed.

The hairdryer in the bathroom had its wires taped together, the breakfast muffins tasted old. And the toilet was so loud when we flushed in the night, it woke everyone up, even with the bathroom door closed.

My wife suffered a knee injury while on our RV vacation and was unable to use the RV. We stayed in motels on the way home for the accessible rooms. They were lifesavers.

Maybe having a transport wheelchair on hand. We used an office chair that had wheels that was in our room to get in and out of the room and the bathroom.

Good location for the purposes of my travel adventure. Starbucks nearby easy to access by vehicle. Olive Garden was only near by dine-in option for late night.

Accommodation on the third floor not near vehicle parking. Not many late night dinner offerings on Friday and Saturday nights.

Convenient location! It was a nice place for a couple of days!

The helper at the front desk on the day of checkout became frustrated because I asked for a receipt. I had a change in checkout day and because I went through a booking agency online said I had to get receipt through them. I accepted that without a problem, so I am not sure why the visible negativity. You may have had customers in the past who have not been happy or treated you rudely, but NO customer should have to witness this! Also, I think it may be a good idea to change this policy on receipts. I have never, not been able to receive a receipt, even with changes and I always book online!

Room was clean and spacious with a fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was comfortable and clean.

I had no complaints with anything at the facility.

The staff was fantastic. We had no trouble getting things we needed.

The hotel looked run down and the rooms did not at all look like the pics on the app.

The old adage don’t judge a book by it’s cover applies. The outside could really use some work, but when you walk in and see the lobby that all goes away.

A lot of the amenities were older than expected.

The breakfast bar was great and the service was friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The indoor pool was closed while I was there, that would have been a nice bonus if it had been open.
