The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast was great with both a hot and cold option and lots of extra's for the waffles. My son made himself chocolate chip waffles. The room was very nice and spacious but unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature but needs to be cleaned more often and monitored better. Other guests came in and were swimming in their street clothes even though there was a clear sign stating that was against the rules and one young girl kept falling out of the front of her suit and no one not even her mother bothered to say something to her. It was quite disheartening to witness. Also, I recommend putting a clock on the wall in the pool area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others because the staff and breakfast are fantastic, the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, location is great, wifi connection is great, and it is a good value for the money.

The other guest's indecency, the large amount of human hair floating in the pool, and the soft mattress.

My family and I were really happy with this facility. It smelled nice and was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and organized. There was a fridge in the room, a microwave near the front desk area. Close to a Walmart, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc. Overall, great stay.

The breakfast was great however, for people with food allergies, there were limited options as staff could not confirm certain items did not contain certain allergens. I would suggest more transparency and mindfulness towards those with allergies so that they can partake in the meal comfortably.

I wasn’t told until after I paid that the pool was closed. My daughter was looking to it after a long day two days of sports. She was so disappointed. Also, I think the beds could be a tad softer. They killed my hips.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My wife became sick when it was time for us to leave. I spoke with the front desk staff and asked her if we could have a little longer in our room and the front desk staff was very respectful and helpful and allowed my wife and I to stay longer.

Everything was nice , clean and well kept. The pool was small but nice with plenty of seating options. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and coffee and water were available all the time.

Cleaning crew came by very early, we asked if they could please come back a little later, they forgot. We easily got new fresh towels from the front desk and they were very kind.

I had requested some flowers to surprise my wife for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. They put out rose petals, folded towels fancy like swans, provided 2 wine glasses and a bottle of sparkling grape juice. They also put a congratulations on the TV and a card for us. Very pleased with our experience!

Clean. The bed was actually comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location was very convenient for my needs.

The price that booking.com charged. The staff person I talked to said I could have had my night for $40 dollars cheaper had I just gone through the Hampton Inn to make my reservation. Because of this I will not use this site ever again.

Location was great, the room was clean, the tv was easy to operate for my kids, the pool was clean, the staff was exceptional and very friendly.

I wish the breakfast wasn't so carb loaded but we own a restaurant so we know fresh is difficult.

I lived that the properties new and well taken care of-clean and everything operated how it should.

Breakfast was really good. We woke late, so the bad part was there were things u were out of by 930. My husband had hoped for the biscuits and gravy for his breakfast. But that was okay.

We loved everything about the hotel. Quiet, and very clean and nice.
