We are a young family with a very energetic 5-year-old son and we stopped in Civitanova Marche while travelling towards Puglia. The B&B's central location was perfect for our 2-night stay: it offered fast access to the beach within walking distance, access to all facilities along the seaside (restaurants, bars, bakeries, playgrounds etc.) and, besides that, the parking upon request it's a big advantage in a city with huge parking problems during the tourist season. The room fitted our expectations: comfortable, clean and with all necessary utilities. The breakfast was rich. The communication with the owners was smooth, friendly, and extremely helpful in responding to our requests and inquiries. Highly recommended.

We had to pay extra for parking which we were not expecting (the owners had sent us a message via the app but as this is the first time I booked via the app I didn’t think to look for messages) Breakfast was a Voucher for a hot drink and cornetto at Flor di grano. The cornetti tasted v unpleasant, made with margarine not butter and when I asked for a coffee with two shots of coffee I had to pay extra even though the voucher said a hot drink of choice. By the third morning we went to a much nicer place for our breakfast where we had to pay but it was worth it.

Very clean, great location - short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Lovely communal kitten area with snack. Ivana and Luca (the hosts) are super helpful. We were able to park our car in their backyard behind a gate for €10.

The owner Ms Ivana was very friendly, the location was very good, the beach was near and easy reachable. The breakfast was prepared according to your wishes. I recommend to stay here in case you need to stay in the Marche.

We love the owners as they care a lot to make sure the guests are happy. The location was absolutely perfect to reach beaches in a few minutes and also the centre to go for walks or dinner. Breakfast was great and served in the garden. Despite being in the centre it was upset quiet and relaxing. We loved it!

The place war very beautiful, location, interior, breakfest ( the fresh juice, service and it was welcoming. The bathroom was nice and large. the owners were very kind and helpful. The place war always cleaned. Yes, we felt very special while being there. This place has absolutely everything u need for a vacation/trip/short stay/u name it.
