1. Your absolute gem is Vera at the Reception. Helpful, kind, attentive . I absolutely loved the interaction 2. Breakfast buffet is great bonus 3. Very nice touch with the evening snack& coffee/tea pot

1.the access to the sockets is difficult plus not enough to charge and/or work with the laptop (which is charging) 2. ironing was an exercise, to reach the cable from the bathroom socket to the ironing board 3. lack of a kettle to boil evening tea (my own)

Great breakfast, very nice personnel and in addition, afternoon tea was a nice surprise too. We also used sauna as included in the accommodation, in a public gym couple of steps away, where actually we made some Finnish friends. We will be definitely staying there again once in Oulu.

Cozy and clean hotel with very friendly staff. As the outside temperature was about 30 degrees Celsius the room temperature was quite high as well, but the portable AC units kept the climate quite manageable anyway. Private, free parking available. Bicycles could be borrowed.

Amazingly welcoming staff! We arrived late in the afternoon and were immediately offered their free bicycles which we used for a great tour of Oulu. We could even use them all of the next day. A plus was the little 5 o'clock tea time with great pastries! The building in which the hotel is located is quite lovely and allows a peek into Oulu's history

The rooms were a bit small as was the shower The hotel's location was a bit too far away from the city center (but, again: take their bikes - the city of Oulu was surprisingly even more cycling friendly than Amsterdam)

Great breakfast, really comfy beds, quiet and peace, great location (near eateries and groceries). TV was a plus.

Room temperature too cold, couldn't be adjusted. No toiletries (tooth brush, tooth paste,...) Entry to the rooms is not clearly marked; the premise has also a restaurant so it was confusing where the 'accommodation' section is.

Lovely atmosphere, really nice old house. Teatime 5pm was so cute and it included in price. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were nice and the bed was comfy. My heart kind of melted there. If you are looking something little different this is for you.

If i need to think something... the bathroom classwall was little odd, but it was still ok.

As soon as you step inside friendly staff welcome's you and your eyes starts to wonder looking at the beautiful interior design with consideration to the buidling history. The tea serving at 5 o'clock was accomplished by sweet and savory treats, and somehow created a moment of tranquility, coziness and relaxation.

The location was in a very quiet area. We were able to park our car and walk all over town. The hotel also had bikes to use if you wanted for free. The breakfast included was outstanding! The room we had was kind of small, but we did see some larger rooms. It was perfect for sleeping.

No night stands for reading books and charging phones. Breakfast service staff were cold and rough. Although the breakfast quality was good; the value was token away by the coldness of the staff.

A very nice and quiet small hotel at the edge of the city centre. Super cozy room and fantastic bed. The breakfast was delicious and The Five O'clock Tea (included in room price) was a great surpise, nice to get something to eat and drink right after workday when you come to hotel.
