Nice apartment close to the city centre. Easily accessed from the street with a lift for movement between floors. Well equipped with everything you need for catering, etc..

The beds were quite low, and there didn't appear to be any spare pillows. We were only staying, so we didn't raise the Matter the owners, but it would have been a problem had we stayed longer. The arrangements for collecting the keys were unusual and needed more explanation on booking.com. We were leaving by train early in the morning, so we were looking for an apartment close to the station. It turned out that the address listed on Booking.com was a board where several local hotels left their keys in individual lock boxes. The actual location of the apartment was a 20-minute walk away. Had we known this

Very good apartment, all equipment inside even the one you didn't think about. There is a lot of space as well, good if you have a small family. Very clean and well organized. We really felt at home. We lived in eastern Finland for a year and it is the exact same feeling. The keys can be found literally in front of train station (Asemakatu 41, 90100 Oulu, Finland) inside a dedicated locker which is very easy to find, you don't have to worry about it. Oulu Hotelli Oy send you all the information you need, including code and procedure for locker and the exact address that you can request in advance if you prefer to do so. They you just have to reach the apartment and enjoy. The sauna in our apartment (option) was very clean and simple to use. Maybe would be good to add a small paper explaining how it works as it is not natural for everyone. Bathroom meets all standards. You have all dished that you have to wash before leaving. If you don't have time to wash them, no worries, you can leave 10€ to compensate. The kitchen is great, nothing to add. Nothing bad, as told maybe leave a paper to explain how the sauna works even if it is very easy to use. It didn't affect the amazing quality of our stay =P

The house was very well located and had many ways of transport close by. The sauna although not a professional one, it was still nice to have it. The landlord was extremely nice, always answering my messages and asking if everything was ok.

The top light on my bed was not working (but it was fine because i had the bedtable light and i was only using the bedroom to sleep). One thing i do recommend is to replace the aluminum blinds, they were very old i assume and they were broken so they also did not work in my room and in the living room. The last one was a problem since i was working from the living room which made the environment very dark even if it was sunny outside.

The apartment is clean and has all the needed appliances. Thank you for coffee filters!

During night time it is very difficult to open the key box by the train station: it is difficult to see in the darkness and the boxes are too high for a short person. It is also a bit of a walk to the central apartments if you come by train. Apartments themselves and also this one on 5th floor was very good. I appreciate the fact that you can arrive at any time and still collect the key. This is one of the reasons I choose this provider over and over again. The apartment in the 2nd floor front of the lift is my favourite.

Everything was OK, keys were prepared and also picked exactly according to the instructions. The flat was near the center of the city, it was clean, comfortable, fully equipped. After the check-out I got the response from the owner in 30 minutes, that was great.

Booking.com gives the key pick-up address, not the accommodation place so I got the address of the flat one day before our arrival. But in the end our apartment was really near so there was nothing to complain. Just check your emails, there are no apartments on Asemakatu, you'll get your address to your mail.

Nice apartment with all that we needed, clean and modern. Good location, ok neighbourhood, R-kiosk and Lidl very close. Value for money is good.

Small things, like the mat in the hall was fraying at both ends, repair in bathroom tiles instead of new tiles. I also didn't appreciate that the location changed after the reservation was made. The initial booking showed a place about 800 meters from where I spent the weekend, but the final location ended up being 2 kilometers away from that spot.

Localization was perfect - just right next to the train station. Easy access to the keys which were literally on the other side of the road. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. I loved the huge and functional bathroom! I contacted the owner during my stay and lady was very helpful and kind :) I highly recommend this place

Nice cosy studio with balcony, clean, very well equipped with all you can need. Great location in the city center with Lidl nearby. Easy self check-in.

The location on Booking is not the location of the apartment! You must be aware of that, read all information carefully and check by yourself where you will be really located.

Instructions on getting there were perfect. The place was cozy and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen: everything I needs was there. My only regret was not being able to use the sauna (missed out on receiving instructions). Good location.

This is not really a negative, but a bit more written information would have been helpful for me, like how to use the sauna. I imagine the long summer nights might make sleep difficult (I couldn't see blackout blinds, though perhaps Kristiina provides summer curtains).
