Everything was wonderful! Absolutely respectful staff, amazing location and a fabulous breakfast! And very impressionable was the "all day" tea and coffee service! Filtered coffee and a good multi coffee machine, where you can pick a table and bring your own drink or take from the buffet your hot drink and some light desserts, fruits available all day until midnight almost.

*The bathroom ventilation and the bathroom door locker needs attention (room 422). *Being from another country with roaming phone service only, we asked the receptionist to call a local ice skating rink to ask if they rent the equipment for visitors or not but she gave as a phone number and advised us to call them providing the correct phone number format instead. But anyway, me and my family is really really happy!

Excellent location very close to the railway station. When I told the staff at breakfast that I was a vegan they brought me loads of food from the kitchen. Breakfast was also otherwise excellent.

Thank god I sleep with earplugs, otherwise the noise from the groundfloor karaoke bar would have kept me awake through the night. There was no air conditioner.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and from the downtown square area. The room was good size, everything was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well and was secure, and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast had lots of choices and was good. Had a good stay there.

The bed was a bit soft for me. But I would stay at this hotel again.

Location was close to the train station. As we only stayed one night before taking the rental car, this was the perfect choice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety to choose from.

Elevator seems to be quite old and only is accessible until the 4th floor. To reach 5th floor, stairs are required. In general, rooms need an uplift or renovation.

I liked the fact that for a very reasonable price I got a clean, quiet and no-fuzz stay. the price-quality rate was exceeded.

For someone who wants to spend time at the hotel, this is not the right choise. The hotel is small and lacks lounge areas and has small rooms.

A room with a sauna is great. Imagine, it's -10 or -15 outside, you come tired and there's a Finnish sauna. I guarantee you it will relax you very much. The room is spacious, the bed and sofa are very soft and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and varied. Everything is great in this hotel!

I liked everything. Location, sauna, various foods, drinks.. You can drink coffee and tea all day and have snacks for free. Staff are all kind and helpful

I only wish if pillows were a bit more comfy but it's alright.

Great atmosphere and extremely nice staff. Nice and clean hotel with a great location close to the train station and a fantastic breakfast. I stayed at the hotel already 2x before and I was happy to visit for the 3rd time. Highly recommended.

Near from the train station, walking distance from all. Lot of choices for breakfast, delicious and healthy, it's really good for a diet conscious like me. Staff are kinda great.
