Short overnight stay, room was fine, all clean, windows did not open and the curtains were not fully black out but otherwise fine. Room had a kettle and they tea and coffee on offer downstairs all the time which was great. Breakfast was excellent. Centrally located easy to walk around the town, staff were very nice and helpful.

Windows didnot open and room was a bit hot and could not change the temperature. For me, I find this a common problem which centrally set thermostats in hotels.

Grear location, and I think it was good value for the money. Everything worked and was on acceptable level. Breakfast was good although bit small. Room had all that was required and promised. Nice view over the park next door.

The old ownership of the hotel was still quite clear. Breakfast was very crowded. And the bed was very narrow. It would be great if they had bigger bed options, instead of just separate beds. Fridge was very loud, but turning the power lower helped that luckily.

The location in very center, close to the railway station and services. The buffet breakfast was indeed outstandingly good – nothing fancy, but generous and tasty Finnish brekky. Instructions for the check-in were clear and staff very friendly and informative when arriving. Equipped room with fridge, plates, cups, forks, microwave oven etc. was very practical.

Minor thing, but extra pillow would have been nice. Probs could've asked. Not cheap, but one of the cheapest in Oulu and worth the money after all.

The breakfast was nice, basic Finnish breakfast. Tge self check-in worked fine. The room had good sound-proofing. The bed was comfy. The location is in the center.

The room had kettle and a coffee machine, but no tea or coffee: who buys their own coffee package just for 1 or 2 nights stay? Also, the bedsheets and towels had an odd smell.

The location is very convenient. The rooms and the common spaces are freshly renovated, clean and pretty. The room was very quiet and the small kitchen was well equipped. Excellent choice for a short stay, e.g for tourism or events.

The room was fairly small (even if it was not the smallest option). There is a small surface for eating and space for 1 person working, but the only sitting decices are two bar stools. If the stay is a bit longer and you need to work, it is not very convenient. If you want to watch TV or read, there is no proper sitting.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room. I asked early breakfast before very early check-out, and they prepared it for me, it was available in the fridge during check-in. Coffee machine available most part of the day (from breakfast time till 22 hours).

Some facilities of the room are slightly worn, especially in bathroom.

Adaptive staff, i wasnt happy with my room because of smell and temperature and they upgraded me which was much better. Good location, relatively nice view, mostly very quiet, very comfortable.

I didnt like that you cant open windows or set the constant air circulation temperature. I also dont like that in the bathroom the curtain doesnt reach the ground so whole bathroom gets flooded - seems common in Finland though.

Close to travel centre, shops(it's connected to a shopping centre), spotless, friendly staff. Room was very well equipped, was more like an aparthotel. It had fridge, kettle, microwave & usual other associated bits n bobs(cups, plates, cutlery, etc.)

A number of previous reviewers commented on how good the breakfast was, I'd say it was ok, had a lot better in cheaper hotels. The other thing that wasn't a plus was lack of business/working facilities in the room, to catch up on my emails/admin/further booking stuff I'd to go down to reception/check-in/breakfast area. The space in the room where the 3rd bed was, is really wasted space for a lot of travellers.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was well behaved and very helpful. They have included coffee and tea in the room price. By the time I reached the hotel it was very late and all the restaurants around work closed. Staff help me to get some hot chocolate from the beverages available at the reception. The operational method of the hotel is extremely sustainable.

The speed of the lift is slow and the lift tends to be occupied mostly as per my experience.

Great location and friendly staff. We did not have any set plans for sightseeing, so the folks at the hotel were very helpful with their suggestions. Connectivity to the big mall next door was a plus.

Nothing really. Perhaps a few more options for the breakfast buffet, but that's a very minor point.
