Location, the size of hotel is good - you can find the good restaurant, bar, near is the cinema. From the central square is about 7 min walk. The room has a good size. You can find on the room the iron.

The curtains were dirty. Very dry air in the hotel - in the morning our family couldn’t breathe so well. The same situation was in our friend’s room. In other Scandic hotel we had the same problem before.

This is my favourite hotel in Oulu. It's spacious, easy parking and good location. Especially the quality and variety of gluten free products at breakfast is better than in other hotels and I've been to many of them. No cardboard and styrofoam in this one. The overall quality of everything is very good, including the bedding, beds are really comfortable in all room categories, I've been to standard rooms and suites. It's worth taking a bit more expensive room from here than a cheaper one from some other hotel, for the over all experience.

Haha, this time the view from window was a bit prison like - only a wall next to it, but one night stay wasn't for view watching so it didn't matter.

The breakfast was good, but very crowded. The room was comfortable. It is a good location in the city. I liked the Fitness Center; it was adequate and I enjoyed my work-out there.

The breakfast was very crowded; hard to find a place to sit; they should make the breakfast area larger, if they always have so many people dining there in the morning. It would also be better if parking was free.

Centrally located in Oulu, within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are large, friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Some dust on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Checkin procedure could be more efficient.

The sauna is noisy, it looks that there are some issues with it - was not able to heat up properly.

Good location, you can easily visit the surroundings, and also easily access to the local restaurants with the different flavors. Rich breakfast can be enjoyed. You can use the sauna for free in B1 floor

Parking is no free. 20 euro per one day. If you have the membership card, some discounts can be made. Unfortunately I was not reminded by the stuff.

Very good breakfast, nice variety and choices. Bread, eggs, sausages, vegetables and egg-butter! Lovely sweets table with nice cakes

Not clear how to get parking discount for the Scandic friends program. We paid at parking, and there was no refund opportunity.
