The location of this place was amazing with little patios to hang out on and waste the day away. Staff was very courteous and even found us a room with a better view of the ocean. The pool was well cared for and I believe I saw the same maintenance guy several times making sure everything was in good working order.

I enjoyed everything about this property.

Kitchen included full refrigerator and stove top!! Instead of going out, we prepared our food. Kroger five miles away!

Occasionally, some customers would smoke at the pool. That really needs to be enforced!! No smoking!!

Enjoyed the pool and beach….glad that there was an washer dryer and a restaurant option near by to walk to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is an older resort but they have kept the place up! It is very clean with everything you need for the stay. The location is awesome, you are right on the beach( you don't have to walk across the street like a lot of places are in Galveston) the place has great views and beautiful homes surrounding it! The staff are super friendly and helpful!

There is nothing we didn't like! Just a heads up it is a family resort so there are a lot of kids! It didn't bother us though we were always in different areas away from the kids and the beach is so big you can find many spots with no kids around. If you do have kids they have daily activities for them, so that would be a positive thing for a family.

The room was spacious and very clean, furniture and bedding were comfortable. My room was a king "villa". Loved having a slider in the living room and bedroom. Balcony for this style room was large and the view from the 5th floor was very good (some other balconies were very small, others average size). The room had everything needed, even a W/D available (shared with one other room). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was one of the rooms clustered around the pool, got a little noisy at times, but not too bad (but I was on 5th floor). Seemed like a busy time, the lounge chairs and hot tub tended to stay occupied.

The room was great, the view was the best, the access to the beach was fantastic and the kitchen was very convenient, the fact that we had silverware, dishes, microwave and all that was excellent.

We need more ice - Only one ice machine for the entire building is certainly not enough specially during holidays like the Memorial Day - One machine on each floor should work just fine. We use the barbecue area, that needs some shades, the picture on the site had umbrellas, so that needs to fixed ASAP - the barbecue grills need to be cleaned up as well, I have spent a lot of time cleaning them up

A fabulous location right on the beach. The two bedroom suite was great. It was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the kitchen, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal and the in suite laundry was an added bonus. The location is slightly outside of Galveston, which we really liked as it was a little quieter than in town, but still only a short drive away. The balcony was great, although could have used some nicer furniture. There was nothing like listening to the waves....sigh! The beach was nice and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We HATED being pressured into going to a timeshare presentation. The woman not take no for an answer. In the end we didn't go, but they kept calling us, which we ignored. The suite could use a little updating, but overall was lovely.

We loved our stay, It was walking distance to the beach, and we didn't have to cross busy lanes of traffic to get there. The staff was FANTASTIC! They were so friendly and helpful, and we loved all the "little things" they thought of that made the stay extra pleasant. Th video games and fitness room were really nice, and you could get balls, extra towels, beach chairs, and anything you needed to use for free. Free laundry service and even soap was a huge plus. GREAT STAY!

Wi-fi was terrible, but that was the ONLY complaint we had!

It’s right on the water and down just a little ways from the busy seawall.

The rooms could use some updating. Floors and counter tops are old and shoe signs of wear and damage. The bathroom could use a little updating as well. Also one elevator was out control forever to get up and down. Also, they need more luggage carts had to wait and keeping checking for over an hour before I could find one.

Amazing location literally on the beach. Good parking around the hotel. Superb pool with quite a big jacuzzi. The view from the room was beautiful. Room size was a bit small for a family of 4. Kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, we were also able to cook. Beds are comfy.

Some buzzing went on sometimes during the night.
