Gio was so kind and helpful! We came in for a weekend girls trip! We are not to familiar with the area so he recommended a delicious restaurant near by and to visit the strand which was full of shops and views! had a great time. facility was so clean and the pool was so beautiful!

the front office is not facing the main street. not to bad though the front hotel was helpful on locating where to check in. was still really convenient anyway and they have a garage that goes right into the hotel super helpful

The people were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Giovanni especially was so exceptional. I don't think we encountered one person that wasn't just great. Miranda and James were continually doing things for everyone, to make their stay better. Alex is such a hard worker and is always moving, taking care of everything, and making sure everyone has whatever they need. We enjoyed our stay very much.

In some places it was a little crowded, like the breakfast area and the closet in our room. Not a bad thing, but a little extra room would be helpful. But no complaints.

Gio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He gave us valuable information for visiting Galveston. His opinions were spot on. Thanks to him, we saved quite a bit of money. He is really an asset to your company.

The AC unit was very loud. The Waffle iron was difficult was maneuver. The prices of the food items in the snack areas are extremely too high.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Just approximately 5-7 feet outside the window was a walkway where people stopped to talk. We closed the curtains so they couldn't look in, but we still heard the talking. Also, this room had no view. We were on the first floor and looked across to a building under repair.

Excellent service provided by Kelan Portillo Banks at the front desk. His bright and cheery greetings made our stay wonderful.

Enjoyed everything about the property.

Only one issue but it was due to rain storms. Our room started leaking/dripping water from ceiling light fixtures. They did move us to another room as soon as I notified them. Great service!

I liked the cost as well as amenities. The pool and bar was amazing. I loved being so close to the beach. I also loved being able to charge things directly to the room so I didn't have to worry about bringing my wallet everytime. Staff was super helpful and friendly and hotel was very clean.

The staff are great. Having parking under the hotel out of the heat was great. Breakfast was very good. The view from our room was ocean view not full ocean views but close enough.

The room air-conditioning was far too cold couldn't get it right. Needs another chair in the room as sitting on the bed can get uncomfortable at times

The room has a lot of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen with fridge and large microwave is a luxury necessity to have. I can have my favorite beverages and food snacks, I also like the comfy bed as well as the desk/office chair in the room.

While the breakfast has most of the food I'd like, the menu for hot items could be different every day. On the 2 days that I stayed, scrambled eggs and sausage patties were served on both days. It would be nice to have something different like bacon or links, potatoes/hashbrown etc...

Breakfast was okay

The bathroom situation is horrible, it’s too small having the shower and toilet too close didn’t leave much room to change. There were small bugs on the night stand.
