Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, with a good a/c unit. Elevators ran pretty quick, with no undue delays. The staff was overall nice and accommodating.

The swimming pool might have looked a little cleaner, and inviting, so I didn't use it. The property looked like it was in the middle of somekind of renovation from the exterior. I had to ask the front desk to have the 3rd floor waste can to be emptied because it was over flowing with trash. It was starting to smell up the area by the elevator doors. They took care of it within 2 hours.

The property was nice and clean. We don’t have any problems with the room. The description says walking distance to the beach and I feel that is a stretch. You have to walk up a hill and then across the busy street then you’re at the beach.

I didn’t like the breakfast. You could not bring the food to your room and had to eat in the main area. And the breakfast was not all that good

Room was very clean, got beachfront view which was amazing in the mornings, breakfast was organized and stocked, front desk was friendly, quick check in and check out.

The pool was a bit dirty and only got 1 shower towel so I had to keep going to the front desk for more since I booked for 4 people.

Location is good and easy to get to. I enjoyed the breakfast because there was a variety of breakfast food to choose from and everything was hot.

All of the rooms had a balcony but during the night you can not see anything because of the street lights shining on the hotel. There is a lot of light around the hotel for safety. That I like.

We had booked 2 nights but added another night because we didn’t want to leave .The staff was so amazing with us. Our toddler accidentally locked the bathroom door not even 10 minutes of being in our room and a staff member had to unlock it for us 🥴 the next morning we found that our lights in our vehicle were left on and the battery was drained and the maintenance man was so kind to give us a jump . Breakfast was great and had many options to choose from . We usually rent a house with other family, we usually spend a couple of hundred more for a house and cook breakfast so it was nice to have extra spending money and not have to cook . Beds were so comfortable.

Room was muggy and had moisture making the room have a slight stench it not too bad just would have been nice with a dehumidifier

Janitor was trying to get in to fix a toilet after I arrived and did not knock...seems like he should have known the room was checked out and the problem should have been fixed before I was allowed to check in.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Being able to park our car at the property during our cruise and use the shuttle was a big bonus. The room was a good size and comfortable.

We love that the property is right by the beach and also by stores.

The lay out was a little different than the last time we had been there. Also didn't like the connecting door and I didn't know the occupants next door.

the lady who we checked in with was a delight. she made it simple, answered all of our questions, and helped us with some beverages. She was very happy to help us, and it showed in her personality… She needs a raise.

with having no restaurants or very few options, the location was not the best.

The hotel was very convenient for us and also provided cruise parking, which was a major plus.

It was of no fault of the hotel, but there was some damage due to a hurricane.
