Location—near commerce and close to the beach.

The hotel has two towers with check-in located in one of them. Our rooms were located in the Panoramic Tower, which is a bit distant from the check-in tower, requiring you to walk either through the hotel or the shopping mall to take the correct elevator to your floor. (Confusing? Yes. No “map” and poor instructions at check-in.) Our room in the “Panoramic” Tower oddly had no view and a non-transparent “window” that looked out onto an interior corridor.

I went to Bourbon 3 times. It's a place to meet new friends and have fun. Many foreigners and enthusiastic people. Different activities. Many different spaces. I love it.

Nothing. It has all the little things I look when I go to a Hotel. I like to visit all kind of Hotels. But I thinks it's time to go back to Bourbon.

I think it was a very complete and great service, with so many options. A very good location, close to many stores and other services, above it was far from the beach.

The blanket, it was so much cold and without comfort.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable hotel, has everything for a relaxing vacation. The staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. Great value !

Can't really think anything negative at all

Very easy to walk around the centre city, near by the beach and shopping mall. The staff are really kind, they let me do a early check in and it was very helpful :)

The room was a bit dust

everything , location the best, breakfast very good , comfortable room. the hotel is very clean which is very important in my view.

The hotel is in the same building as the big shopping centre, where all kinds of shops and restaurants are available.

room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast good, staff lovely, pool looked lovely (didn’t have the chance to try it out)

room service food wasn’t the greatest and could use plugs beside the bed.
