Robert, General Manager was very helpful to cancel my 2nd room and to inform me that I would need to contact booking.com and cancel with them to be refunded.

General Manager was very informative and canceled my 2nd room. He informed me I would need to cancel with Booking.com to be refunded. Booking.com was very difficult in responding back, canceling the 2nd room and refunding me. But Robert the general manager was the one to inform me, booking.com is the ones who are paid and he only receives a coupon of payment. Thank you Robert, next time I'll go direct to reserve a room.

Nice value for money. The room had everything it needed. Good breakfast. The staff was really nice and accomodating and the coffee by the front desk was a nice touch.

There was a smear of something by my bedpost when I checked in, so that was unpleasant. I wish the bathroom provided hand soap. Nobody came to make my bed or fix my room after day one, and there was a crying baby in the connecting room that didn't let me sleep.

I like the price & the room once I was moved out of a handicap unit into a regular room.

They had first put me in a handicap unit & it smelled & at first told me they had put me in this unit because there was not any other rooms. Once I said I would go to another hotel they were able to put me in a regular room that was a lot nicer.

The hair dryer didn’t work in the room. My husband went to the front desk to ask for a loaner, but they had none! They didn’t offer for us to use an empty room (the hotel was relatively empty) One of the staff offered to have a family member bring one from her home, which was very kind. I left the hotel with wet hair.

Facilities are clean, friendly staff.

The swimming pool was closed the whole week. We were told it was going to get fix and open but it wasn't. We were mislead a couple times with the assurance that was going to be open.

I didn’t like overhearing an employee, talking bad about a customer with another employee. I felt that after I passed by they probably started talking about me too.

The bedding, pillows and mattress were super comfortable! The front staff girl was professional and helpful suggesting places for dinner near bye!

The sink in room 204 did not drain, and the tub needs some texture so not to slip.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

That if I were to pay cash I would have to leave a $300 deposit. I understand why a deposit is needed just feel it’s a bit too excessive.

The friendly workers , this guy in the front desk helped us a lot , he offer to help in anything to make our stay better

My room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay . I had to go & get my own clean towels & the breakfast horrible
