Pub is dark. Can smarten up a bit

The Hotel is situated on a beutiful hill with an amazing sea view. there is also a zip line, the longest in teh world over water, which starts from a mountain and ends at the hotel, amazing event to do. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety adn tasty foods. the chef makes you your omlete of choice. very friendly staff and the service is superb. the room was clean and spacious. the bed was a bit hard, but its orthopedic, so some people prefer it. Over all the stay was very nice.

the location of the hotel is not near town, so you need to have a car or taxi. There are not many taxis around, but the come eventually. but car rent is cheap and its easy to drive there.

The rooms, restaurant, and pool area of this hotel have expansive views of the water making the location exceptional. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included many choices and very nice quality food.

With the gorgeous water views, it is a shame that the hotel has not invested more in updating their pool deck artificial turf. The hotel has a lot to offer but would benefit from some facilities updates. Also, the staff friendliness was mixed. The restaurant and pub staff were very friendly but the helpfulness of the front desk staff was mixed during our 3 night stay. We do not speak Arabic and perhaps that was a barrier for us.

Location is fantastic. The staff (Reception, restaurant) very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms large and very clean with lots of space to put the personal belongings. What we enjoyed most, was that there was NO music during breakfast or dinner which was absolutely fantastic. It was so peaceful to hear the sea and the birds instead of this constant 'being forced to listen to music' and music that is usually too loud. Very chilled and relaxed. The dinner was great too. We definitely will go back.

The connecting doors (closed doors) to the other room are a bit clattering when both rooms have the windows open due to the wind. That was a bit bothering from a noise level but as soon as the balcony door is closed this stops.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cozy ambiance and warm hospitality made for a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Qannaf, who was highly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best room choice. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and while the lunch at the restaurant was good, it wasn’t particularly outstanding. However, the service remained excellent, with the staff being attentive and welcoming. Both the suites and panoramic rooms are beautifully designed, offering a comfortable stay. If you're looking for privacy and a breathtaking view, I highly recommend requesting a room on the 3rd or 4th floor with a sea view. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering stunning scenery that enhances the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a quick getaway or a peaceful retreat, this place is definitely worth considering!

The staff at the hotel were more than friendly – they truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmly and helped me get around the city. On the first day of Eid, I accidentally locked my car with the keys inside and felt completely stuck. But the team didn’t hesitate to help – not only did they assist in solving the problem, they even negotiated with the locksmith on my behalf! I genuinely felt like I was among family, especially thanks to Khaled, Mohamed, and Abdullah. Thank you all so much again!

The mattress abd breakfast can be better

The hotel's location was ideal. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are highly attentive and provide excellent service. The Omani people were incredibly welcoming, demonstrating genuine hospitality and warmth. This experience extended beyond the hotel staff. During a morning walk, we encountered Mr. Muhanad, who graciously offered us Arabic coffee, and a local family who kindly shared homemade tea. The gesture of their offerings was so sincere that we couldn't refuse. We particularly enjoyed experiencing the unique culture of Khasab. It was evident that the Omani people deeply value their work and take pride in their hospitality.

While our overall experience was positive, a few areas could be improved. Minor maintenance updates would enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the restaurant menu could benefit from greater variety, as the breakfast options appeared somewhat repetitive. Finally, while we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, timely room allocation as per the scheduled reservation is crucial for guest satisfaction.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, Atana Musandam is a great choice. Here's my breakdown: The location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Musandam, the hotel offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. It's perfect for those who love nature and tranquility. The service was smooth, and the staff was professional and attentive. While they were efficient, I did feel that their warmth and friendliness could improve—a smile can make all the difference Top marks for cleanliness! The rooms were spotless, and the furniture was well-maintained, blending comfort with traditional Omani design. The overall ambiance was cozy and relaxing. The restaurant's location is a highlight, with a scenic view that enhances the dining experience. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. That said, the quality of the food was excellent, and everything tasted fresh.

Nothing

Well .. the Stay Was Nice, Staff were very Nice, Helpful & Pleasant. Washroom was not that Bad but could have been better - Shower Room had wears & tears Prices of the Hotel were High as per its location. also Parking Was Far from the gate, having a family & a 2 year old kid, it was frustrating. all the gate Parking were given to VIPS or God knows who those were. the Staff should give those parking to the Ones who have small kids. other than that the food + Swimming pool + kids Play area & the Room.. all were Good. also one important point, we got hungry in the middle of the Night & there was nothing in the Hotel Open the Least you can do is keep a few Vending machines or a small shop which can be open 24Hrs. so if people want a snack in the Middle of the Night, they wont have to Go too Far. thank you Best Regards Yasser Baksh.

Renovations on mountain view rooms not as good as sea view rooms (have stayed in both). Shower bit small, shower curtain too short, wets whole floor.
