Overall was a plesant stay, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We ask for dinner recommendations and the night staff mention a restaurant which turn out to have very fresh seafood. Breakfast was good and practical..no need for extra frills. Overall we had a pleasant one night stay. Thank you to the staffs.

The only thing I would say, the mattress was a bit too hard for our taste but since we had a day cruise the day off, we slept off. And also maybe check the towels before, just to make sure it was clean. I just happen to see a stain on one of the bath towels. Didn’t say anything since I was just there for one night.

Well maintained hotel close to the Khasab airport. Receptionist lady was extremely friendly. I got a spotlessly clean room with a new TV and A/C. Bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Breakfast consisted mostly from Arabic and Indian dishes but I had enough to start my day. I was taken to the airport by hotel minibus right when I needed that. Thanks for the hospitality.

Noice isolation is a problem for those who are sensitive. There are marble floors on the corridor and walls are quite thin.

The overall stay was comfortable n nice with good basic facilities from a three star hotel perspective. It is value for money. The staff (Mustafa, Haleema, Ruqayya, Luqman) is very polite and cooperative. The property is bit old but well maintained. It is almost in middle of the town so easy to navigate. Very calm n peaceful environment. I belive it is the best option in town after Atana Khasab Hotel

The hotel need to really improve breakfast, both in terms of options as well as quality. The service also needs improvement. I saw the resturant environment, so it is better to have lunch n dinner from outside

Rooms are big. Beds confortable. They pick you up at the airport and have transport to let you in the city center. There is a big swimming pool. The restaurant cooker is fantastic. The food was very tasty.. The girls at the reception are fantastic, always ready to help you in everything, including book tours or find someone to let you see the sundown...

Breakfast is really very, very poor specially for not lical people.There should be iogurt and dry fruits or more kind of flakes (there was only one). , more types of breads, Also , everyday should have scramble or fryed eggs, so commun in all omani hotels. Another thing was the butter. Everyday the butter was melted, impossible to use. I think it was because of the heat of the weather. It could be solved by simply put them in a plate with ice. That's the only thing for not give them a 10.

the restaurant for breakfast was super quiet and felt like a good hall so don't expect cafe dining. nicer to eat ur breakfast out Infront of the pool. coffee is flask but loads of cafes around to get a good one from later in the day

A wonderful stay at the Khasab Hotel with a helpful and friendly reception and service staff, late check out up to my flight time, spacious and clean room, good breakfast and nice swimming pool with kids playgrounds

it needs maintenance. There are no services or restaurants except the restaurant in the hotel. I hope the rooms are maintained and a solution to the annoying birds at night can be found and AC noise fixed before my next stay

The hotel is quite old and would certainly benefit some renovation and extra care, but the presentation and photos on Booking.com are accurate (so I don't understand the people who choose this hotel and then complain for the furniture!) . Overall I had a good stay, I appreciated the hotel's vintage charm and the staff at reception was very kind. Also, it was located conveniently enough to walk downtown. The room was clean and spacious, comfy bed (on the hard side). Wifi worked well, and they provided complimentary airport transfer. Was offered to keep my room until departure time.

Not a bad idea to start renovations with replacing the shower curtain (clean but has seen better times), and the night lamps with blue lightbulbs, quite useless. No shower towel in the room, so I had to ask reception– not a big deal at all, but it confirms a bit of carelessness. The room can be a bit noisy (fridge, wind against window shutters)

Hotel rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Hot water in bath room was good with 24 hours supply. The restaurant of hotel provides freshly prepared food of good quality. Breakfast was basic with some limited options. But was good to start your day. Towel and bed sheets were clean. Lot of space for free car parking. Hotel also arranged a full day boat trip including lunch for us on discounted rates. Overall it was a good experience.

The location is little far from main market. One needs to have a car for easy movement. The kitchen in our two bed room apartment was not fully equipped in terms of crockery, stove and tea/ coffee making machines. Seating arrangement in lounge was only two seater sofa which is not sufficient.

Hotel is nice and found historical deco such as at Lobby, compare the price its worth

Staff to be more customers engage with guest focus not Roberti service. the Girl at breakfast on 15th even didn't interact at once apart from asking our room number.

Good hotel facilities and location. The hotel has a nice pool and patio. Private parking is available. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall experience was good.

There was no electrical plug around the sink in the bathroom, I'd have appreciated one in order to use the electric shaver. The room at the beginning had a bit of stale smell, but it was gone by opening the window for a short time. The price was a bit high, but the availability of accommodation in Khasab is somewhat limited, in particular during the high season, which may justify the price.
