The staffs, in general, were helpful and polite. From booking to check out, Puja and another gentleman from the reception processed the transactions quickly and efficiently, so we didn't have to hang around the reception too long. There was a nice, family friendly beach in a walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant/bar served nice food and drinks at reasonable prices and there were good selections of Asian and European dishes available. We also enjoyed the Asian/Indian breakfast dishes, which were included in our package. Ample parking spaces provided at the hotel and short driving distance to malls and shops.

The room we stayed had a spacious layout and contained all basic amenities, but the decoration and the furniture could do with some update.

We had such a lovely time at Mughal Suites over the Christmas holidays. The location of the place is perfect, close to the beach and in a quiet area. We received excellent services from all the people from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Special mention goes to Hassan for helping us arrange activities to do and places to go through a tours company. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting RAK to spend some quality time

The Staff at the facility is awesomely welcoming, the free upgrade to a better option and the check-in and checkout process was literally hassle-free. I always enjoyed the facilities at the Mughal Suits, the Sheesha Cafe, and the restaurant both have been my preferred choices when I was staying in RAK. So, this time visiting the RAK for adventure purposes, I chose Mughal Suites for the stay and I wasn't disappointed. Facilities: Shisha Cafe with a Bar. Awesome Swimming Pool and garden with children's activities. Indian restaurant. The Beach is a 3-5 minute walk. Ample free parking. The surrounding area is very quiet and calm. Nearby many restaurants and shops, some of the restaurants do the delivery too.

The location is a bit inside, it will may take a good amount of time to get out of the city if you are not aware of the shortcuts.

Excellent second line hotel, perfectly located for relaxation. The most important plus is that the hotel does not require a credit card when booking through BookinCom; payment on the spot in cash or by credit card. Great room, great friendly staff always ready to help. Hotel rooms are two-room and contain a kitchen. There are a couple of shops 700 meters away. But you don’t have to go there; you can order everything through the reception or the store’s WhatsApp, and they’ll deliver it straight to your room for free. The only choice in the store is limited, but you can probably order from other stores as well. Well, basically, it takes 15 minutes by taxi to the largest mall in the city, Monar Mall. The hotel itself has a decent pool, the city beach is nearby, but it is almost wild. But I advise you to use the service - buy a voucher from the hotel to visit the beach of the Hilton hotel located across the road, where, according to the voucher, you will be given beach towels, the right to use sun loungers and umbrellas, and 7 pools, one of which is with salt water, the rest are fresh. For food: we took breakfast and dinner. Well, what can I say, the food is delicious, but monotonous, there are two breakfast options to choose from and 5-7 dinner options, so you might get bored after two weeks. But the hotel restaurant also works as a regular restaurant with a wide selection of dishes, but this costs extra money, there is also a Czech bar, there are no other food outlets within walking distance.

The air conditioner works strangely. When the temperature is set to 20°C, it either overheats the room to 21 or overcools it to 19. In addition, it is noisy, it still needs to be better maintained. I would also recommend: in the bedroom the air conditioner (well, at least in our room) has two windows, one of which blows directly on the head of the bed. It would be better to close this window completely so that the air conditioner would only blow along the far wall from the bed. Otherwise, you might catch a cold.

Nice cozy suites/hotel prominantly located across Hilton Hotel, with public beach access of 7 min walk across the road around Hilton which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Puja at front desk is very helpful, friendly, attentive to our needs and queries. Her professionalism is highly commendable, which made our stay here so pleasant.

The common women's toilet in lobby was dirty both times I used. The walls between rooms may be thin (not so sound proof?), as we heard snoring noise from next room "neighbour" from 11pm till 7am, our check out time! Definitely not the hotel's fault to have such loud snorer checked in next to our room, but it was unfortunate for us the noise was so audible through the night.

What we like about the property are the staff which were very accommodating, they are always ready to assist and they always make sure we have everything we need. they are always checking if room needs to be clean, if we have enough water or we need towels.

Only thing I can comment is the pool access which is open from 9am till sunset. You cannot swim like after sunset as there are no available lifeguards on duty.

All the staff was very friendly and keeping good customer relationship. The rate can accommodate all the family. Good swimming pool but need to adjust end time atleast 7:30 pm specialy the summer seson.

Need to improve Gym facilities, No power plug near by oven

In the many hotels that i have stayed in the UAE, this is the only hotel where any request was delt within 2 to 3 minutes,. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Hasan Khalid, a very professional and polite manager who handled our booking our check out very well, he ensured that our stay was up to the highest standards. The pool was amazing and the life guard and coach were very polite and were helpfull. A perfect family getway and a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go back again.

The Hotel is good value for money, has all you need, pool sauna and a bar next door with lovely staff. The restaurant is excellent, top quality Indian food. Only negative is that there is not much else around apart from the beach and the Hilton resort which I didn't use.

The pool timings need to be extend. Currently the pool were available from 9 to 6, but if it's extend then we can use the pool effectively. The satellite TV facility has to be increased with more channels and the TV is not user friendly
