The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The Turkish ala card restaurant was very good and nice Turkish music. The staff everywhere was friendly and all was clean. When we got to our room we where surprised by enough bottles of water for a week and soda drinks fruit and chocolate. So that was a nice surprise.

The ala card Restaurant Tore Loco was very disappointing at day time. We always went when it was still a Hilton, and it was always very good. Now we got rebaked fries that seem to be rebaked 3 or 4 times. The hamburger, well a 5 if I could give points. So fries a 1 and the hamburger a 5. And the chicken nuggets well we would give them a 3.. very disappointing

We have stayed here a few times and the service is always excellent. The facilities are nice, well kept and well staffed at all times, staff are always helpful and constantly ask if we need anything without being overbearing. Food is good and buffet is varied. There was a slight issue with our reservation, which was not their fault, which made check in be longer, but they made sure we were fed and comfortable while we waited and upgraded our reservation as a result. Can't fault this place, has always been great.

Great hotel with great staff. It is a bit far from the airport (about 1h15m) and there isn't too much around the area, but we already knew that. Can't fault the place.

Breakfast was OK, the restaurants not included in the full pension were good. Clean, nice beach that's not overcrowded and has reserved spots. Nice room, new, solid and clean.

Food in the full pension restaurants was mediocre. These restaurants themselves were giant and noisy. Next time, I won't bother with full pension and just eat breakfast there, and for lunch and dinner eat at the regular restaurants.

One of the best pre-arrival expirience! Telephone Operator (Ms. Amber) was so knowledgeable and supportive. She connected us with Ms. Deniz, who made our stay just AWESOME! We truly enjoyed a very friendly team (literally all team members were so kind, smily and ready to help - rare to see in hospitality), pool with salted water, main restaurant, our seaview room. I should mention an amazing housekeeping team (5th floor, 3rd bulding) and super friendly chef of eggs section (he made our son laugh so many times!) and lifeguard of the salted water pool. Thank you everyone for making our stay so cozy and memorable. It was absolutely special! We will be back :) Forgot to mention, that my husband lost his phone, which was returned to us after a couple of hours, thanks to Ms. Aiza and Lost and Found team. Highly recommend property for families (lots of kids activities) and one of the most beautiful properties of Ras Al Khaimah.

Hotel is kind of noisy at night (well, this is Rixos concept with entertainment and lots of activities, which is lovely, though for sensitive-early-sleepers it might be a bit annoying), but music was over at 11pm, which is not that late. Kids club is nice, but would need some more attention to cleanliness and small toys/parts, which might be not okay for toddlers.

Overall a fantastic family all inclusive and alternative to staying in busy overpriced Dubai. Rixos haven’t long taken this hotel over so are still improving standards. We particularly liked the following: The main canteen style restaurant Turquoise was actually decent despite the reviews- plenty of choice for all 3 meals a day, varied too. They created a huge outdoor brunch/bbq for Christmas Day - it was delicious. You have to book the 3 a la carte restaurants - we tried Orient on one night but were disappointed- the setting is beautiful but food poor - and to be honest we actually preferred the flexibility of turning up whenever it suits you to Turquoise and helping yourself. Family suite was clean, comfortable and quiet- albeit a bit dated but we were hardly in it. The resort feels spacious - with 7 pools and 3 sandy beaches there’s never the need to fight for sunbeds. The family pool is obviously noisier with music and happy children but you’ve plenty of peaceful areas to escape to. The grounds were immaculate constantly tended to by the polite staff who work there. Loved the beaches - stunning and serene- really clean and crystal clear water. Nice to see the mountains in the distance. Lastly staff were wonderful throughout- helpful, courteous and friendly. It may not be exactly 5 star but you would struggle to find something on par for the same money anywhere else in this part of the world. We will be back!

Minor things only…a la carte food in Orient needs to be better with a bit more choice. The evening entertainment on the stage was a bit hit and miss and things wrapped up early. We left on a Saturday and for the first time during the stay loud house music begun playing over the speaker system around the pool - which wasn’t massively relaxing- we wondered whether it was just a Saturday or weekend thing but even so it was too loud.

It was indeed a great home for Christmas for our family. 🎄✨ We'd want to thank everyone on the team, from valet to reception, room service, waiters, performers, and even cleaners; their gorgeous smiles and outstanding service made our vacation even more memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Marinelle Laquindanum, who assisted us with check-in and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much, ma'am. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. 🙏 I'd say the cuisine was excellent. The all-inclusive package is worthwhile, with a money-back guarantee. The main buffet restaurant and the smaller restaurants all featured great and scrumptious food with a wide range of options to pick from. Bars provide a variety of pretty nice drinks, and the Christmas Eve performance was great too. Facilities and our villa room beachfront were a big thing that made our stay more wonderful for Christmas.

Amazing views and pool facilities including adults only pool area - although not allowed to drink there, but possible in the family area. Breakfast and dinner were good,, but not amazing for a 5 star.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Winnic kindly booked us into the speciality restaurants (steak first night, turkish the second) The food was fabulous and the entertainment was great! I have lived in the region for the past 7 years and I have never seen such a great selection of all inclusive cocktails and beverages in general. We are returning to this again in January!
