I liked the location it’s near to restaurants, Coffee and supermarket + I liked the that they have arabic speakers + I liked how quiet is the place and how big is the villa

I didn’t like that the swimming pool in the villa with 3 bedrooms was small but it’s more private than the 4 bedrooms + the bathrooms needs maintenance

The booking process was seamless, and the information provided upon arrival at the villa was comprehensive and helpful. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated excellent support and professionalism.

The lighting in the rear area of the villa was insufficient. We recommend enhancing the illumination in this space, particularly to facilitate activities such as barbecuing. Additionally, the absence of a water tap for rinsing after beach visits is a notable inconvenience. The inclusion of both improved lighting and a water tap would significantly enhance the villa's functionality and guest experience.

As described, well maintained, neat and clean, large rooms, all appliances working in good condition, convenient to reach, just an hour (+-15 min) from Dubai, courteous staff, good private pool, walking distance to the beach. Access to common area pool. Lots of greenery around.

Housekeeping could have been better. Toiletries, floor mats, hand towels etc weren’t provided and we had to ask for it. Floor mats, towels were promptly sent it to the villa upon asking though. Beach is on a lagoon and not on the sea. There are no facilities at the beach. The area is quite green with many trees and plants so there were mosquitoes.

-facility location is good, however, remember to choose the rooms looking to the sea side ,our rooms were looking to the Garden side and honestly we couldn't sleep till after 2:30am, the motorbikes and cars sounds are very much disturbing especially if you are travelling with family. -rooms are clean -free spacy underground parking lots -beach is clean

-motorbikes and cars disturbance (they need police patrol to control it) -the rooms are overpriced -shuttle to the beach is old (out of date van)/better go walking -beach timings(open late 9am,close early 6pm), not much facilities -check in timings(3pm) -

The receptionist miss neveen is very helpful and accommodating and very considerate as we check in late since we came from al ain. She made sure that we enjoyed my first tome stay in their place. They also accommodate our many request since its a special day as my husband and brother in law are celebrating their birthday and my family from philippines are here for their 2 weeks vacation. Their reception is very responsive and their kitchen staff are very helpful that our breakfast are served in our villa.

When we arrived to the reception the receptionist Nevene was very professional,attentive and kind, welcomed us with a smile, she gave us an idea about the hotel and its facilities, she walked out with us to show us how to go to the basement parking and our hotel apartment building. She said if we need anything to call. The other receptionists were very kind too. I want to thank Nevene and Mojtaba for their kindness and hospitability during our Stay. Also The location of the hotel apartment is great with a beautiful sea view. Its near Lagoon stop where you can buy food. Its like the last exit concept.

Nothing, everything was perfect honestly. We felt welcomed and we are planning to go back there soon.

The stay at Jannah Hotel was amazing ... The apartment was clean and tidy ... room service was amazing ... We only didn't like the varieties of the breakfast buffet ... but the food quality was good ... the private beach was beautiful ... one of the best we have ever experienced ... crystal clear and calm sea ... white and clean sand ... umbrella, seats, towels, and water ... air-conditioned full-serviced changing rooms and toilets ... shuttle between the hotel to the beach ... all at no extra charge

The flat was big enough..the staff was very responsive for any request put accross..it was a good stay over all its an amazin property normally i have booked villa multiple times for family ..first time stayed in apartment with friends and it didnt dissapoint

Wouldn't say i didnt like anything but couple of feedbacks..their was some smell in the flat altho they gave us air freshner but its better to have incense bukhoor it helpsnto get rid of the smell..and pls change the tvs it was very small and also it wasnt andriod very less options in it we cusnt connect mobile to it to watch movies

The apartment has an amazing size, beautiful sea view. I had the chance to take my furry friends with me, so I was pleased with that. Service at the restaurant was on top, and the front desk was very helpful and informative. Location, parking spots, and surrounding areas are very good. The property is not beach front. It has a sea view, though. The beach they have access to its just 3 minutes driving distance, they also offer the service to drive you there in a golf cart, so it is very convenient if you don't want to get tour car wet and sandy. The beach is pristine, we loved it.

Curtains dry rotten, sunlight comes in straight to your bed, some stuff in the apartment a bit old and falling apart, a little maintenance wouldn't hurt.
