I liked the weather surrounding the area , I liked the swimming pool as it’s filled with a very warm water that makes my body relaxed, I like the security measures the property taking in consideration to insure the safety of the residence and also I liked how the staff was welcoming and cooperative in a very quick response.

I didn’t like that there is much of crows surrounding the place specially at day time where I couldn’t be comfortable to move around the property freely as it fly’s beside the humans while they are moving around the property during day time

The reception gave us a pleasant surprise by upgrading us from two studio rooms to a premium 2-bedroom suite for our family of four. This made us very happy! The infinity swimming pool was nice, with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was okay for Indian tastes, but there were not many continental dishes.

One issue was that leftover plates on the dining tables were not cleared quickly, so guests had to manage on their own. The staff seemed unable to handle the rush during breakfast, possibly because of weekdays and public holidays.

Room: I was given free upgrade with Pool and Sea View. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Pool: Infinity Poll with big area and not congested at all. Lay out of the pool gives privacy as well. Breakfast: Though breakfast was not included in the booking, price charged was comparatively low and my daughter was not charged as well (age 10). There was wide variety of options for the breakfast and staffs were very polite.

Everthing was perfect from customer service experience, location, room, pool, food etc. small suggestion: they could keep the frontside view of the rooms more clean (noted some cleaning materials/utensils kept near to the front door)

it is one of my favorite places for short vacation. i always liked to visit this place. it has all the facilities including Bar Bq. The place seems to be renovated compared to last time. the bar bq area has been renovated and it is pretty good. the rooms are comfortable. the staffs are very helpful.

everything seems to be fine, but I wish they had temperature control swimming pool. we visited in December, but kids were not able to swim because of cold weather and i wish their fridge was little, bigger in size. rest everything was great. we enjoyed the stay

The check-in was so smooth. I didn't get the person's name but he made sure we got everything we need. Kudos to the staff who checked us in.

I requested water the next day however, the room service staff I spoke to said that we will be charged for the water. Normally, hotels will provide water bottles from the day you checked in and the day you checked out. This is the first time for me. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The place is great the living room spacious , the rooms are good , the bathroom is nice and clean , the ground floor had a balcony and easy access to the pool and beach

Maintenance should be done regularly the TV isnt clear , some wear and tear , the bathroom sink isnt very stable and they shoulf provide more towels , the breakfast wasnt good especially the bread being heated in the microwave made it very dry and hard

Room was spacious and clean. Fridge was a good size and worked properly . Towels for beach and room were large size which was great. Barbecue area was well lit with a variety of different grill stands to use. Large bags of ice is available and reasonably priced. Swimming pool was a good cool temperature. Overall we had a great stay ,minor issues but will definitely return .

Charging Dhs 4 for a 500ml bottle of water we felt was excessive pricing. We had an issue with ac water leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling however they were prompt to fix it . The shower also had a leakage . This we discovered after the ac leakage was fixed.

The hotel is very nice and has an old-fashioned charm. It is very quiet, with spacious rooms, and boasts a fantastic Indian restaurant. The location also offers an intriguing costal area where you can discover fascinating sea creatures.

It is located in an area with a low sea level, making swimming in the sea difficult. However, the hotel compensates with a nice swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

Beach bay walk must develop

everything. we even borrowed a volleyball and the staffs were very nice lending it to us.

everything was super nice, maybe a heater should be installed for the pools.
