We are regular guest at the beach hotel and we observed a great evolution and improvement this time. The breakfast buffet was reorganised and the food was super tasty and fresh. Lumi beach has been slightly renovated too and it’s was good to see some new stuff around.

Some outdoor area aren’t clean and tidy. Few things are due to ongoing renovation but we saw also few garbages and trash on the floor.

DJ and music too heavy. Some mainstream DJ dance would be good. Great value overall.

The pool and beach were very wonderful and I will come again, entry only, without overnight stays. The Breakfast was good.

The room and furniture are very old and need maintenance And the cooling is bad. There was a musty smell and insects inside the room.

We stayed in a newly renovated Executive room and this exceeded my expectation. The room was clean and enough for our family. We found the internet not working but it was fine because we only stayed for a night and we were mostly outdoors. I also want to commend the chef because the food was very tasty! We love it so much!

The food service takes so much time. The food was ready but the servers were a bit slow. The coffee is a nescafe coffee (instant coffee from a vending machine). It would be great to have a brewed coffee at least in the breakfast as well as the restaurant. Nevertheless, our fur baby and human babies as well as the parents had so much fun. We will definitely go back again!

The beach is fantastic with views of only the sea, unlike the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The beach bar is like something straight out of Ibiza...it had great DJs (albeit very loud), boho vibes and a beautiful outdoor restaurant serving quite nice food. It had a good sized pool with areas that families could set up "camp" for the day and the walk to the beach is so short that we enjoyed, walking back and forth from the pool to beach each day. We loved that dogs are allowed...more hotels should do this!

It was not as clean and refined as the UAE hotels that we are used too. Stairwells used to store beds, bin bags left outside and the pool was full of flies. The rooms were very big and beds super comfy but very dated and the aircon was awful! There is no integrated system so we were basically relying on glorified fans! The food was basic but presented nicely. There was also no awareness of allergies or substitutions offered. I am a celiac and even though I had mentioned this on booking, they didn't have anything for gluten free people and told me "you can eat the salads". However, there was no information about the dressing or sauces that were ontop. I also wasn't given an allergen menu despite asking a few times.

This is the best hotel for me Bcs I can bring with me my beautiful soulmate (dog ) to this paradise and enjoy time in the sea. It’s unique place with nice style , clean water and happy vibe. For people who loves dogs is the best place . Breakfast was more than enough with a lot of variety and tasty food.

Room we have booked is big but old and need renovation . Ac was not working well In bedroom . And fridge was working very very loud.

The sea is going very far by the evening but this is not smth that hotel can fix:)) Very crowded on the weekends with big dogs running unleashed. So not suitable for someone who is not comfortable with the big dogs being around.

Pros: Beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water – even better than expected. Spacious Ambassador Suite with two bedrooms and a large living room. Comfortable and functional rooms, despite showing some signs of age. Varied and sufficient breakfast buffet. Excellent food quality at the beach club.

Cons: Very slow service at the beach club – even drinks like beer took up to 15 minutes. The rooms are somewhat dated. Significant water leak in Room 83 – the floor flooded every time the tap was used and needs urgent repair.

Overall.the experience was unforgettable and exceptional. I love that they're pet friendly and our dog enjoyed a lot and was comfy. Staff were all nice, friendly and accomodating. Special shoutout to ate Geraldine who is very accommodating and caring. We rented a beach suite and it is soo spacious. Beach and pool are clean. Quiet and relaxing ambience. Perfect getaway to just relax and spend time with loved ones. There's a great restaurant nearby and liquor store. If you prefer food delivery or fast food, you can also use some delivery platforms. Will definitely come back!

Bed was kinda uncomfortable cause of the pillow. Tv in the living room also stopped working for some reason- but overall it's still great!

I have been coming to the Beach side from the hotel every day off and then I decided to have a staycation. The reception personal was very kind and friendly. The beach is relaxing wooden boho environment where you can just lay down on your sun bed and enjoy the beat if music. The room was beautiful, everything was clean and comfy. I had a feeling that I am not in the UAE. Food was super delicious and reasonable price. Beach and water are super clear and clean that I felt I am in Maldives. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and definitely I am coming back! ❤️
