It's a good location, pools with warm water.

Oil pollution on the beach. So you need to clean your feet and body from oil after just walking on the beach. I wish I knew about that we don't visit this hotel despite service in general was good.

The photograph of the property is not the reality! There is not a palm tree fringed beach anymore!!!!

The location and the friendliness of the staff , breakfast is good also. The lights and lanterns of the lobby are very beautiful. The beach also is nice.

The metal soap dish near the shower , I got hit by it, and it was very painful.. I think that is not a safe place to put it there. Better to remove it since there is also a place where to put the showe gel.

This is the fourth time we have stayed it this hotel and it has never disappointed us: ideal location, friendly staff, excellent service👍. Highly recommended!

Poor Wi-Fi connection. There was construction work going on around the hotel during our stay, but we hope it will be completed by the time we come back next year.

Amazing employees, who are making the stay exceptional. All, from reception, security, life guards, Room attendants,… all super friendly , supportive and welcoming. The restaurants and breakfast had a wide variety of yummy dishes. Great Hotel with rooms with beautiful balconies and views, garden and pool areas are super generous in space and a stunning beach, always sunbeds are available. The lay out of the hotel is perfect. Families have a great plus as the staff are really caring about safety and watching permanently out for the kids which are going or in the pool or at the beach… really this is exceptional. It feels never crowded or loud, or too busy. Inside and Outside the hotel you can go for nice walks. Many sport activities like bowling ….i loved the stay and for sure will come back.

All was perfect

This is our second time visiting this hotel. During our last visit, we chose the hotel based on its location on the first line, its own beach and a fairly large green area with palm trees, lawns and flowers. We were very pleased with our overall vacation! This time, we were surprised that most of the green area was built up with new infrastructure: new villas, new swimming pools, and recreation areas. Everything is very convenient and beautiful, and we must give credit to the fact that they didn’t forget about the green spaces either, new trees, bushes and flowers were planted. We think that when everything grows up, the green area will be as beautiful as before! The hotel itself is excellent, the service is very high-quality, the food is very good, the staff is responsive and friendly. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a higher standard, for which we would like to express our special thanks to the hotel! The rooms are very clean, they were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Overall, we had a very good vacation, thanks to the hotel staff and management for their excellent work. Next time, I think, we'll come here again.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to assist, which made us feel very welcome. We loved the food, the pool, and the beautiful beach — everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making our son’s birthday extra special. They surprised him with a small cake and even took the time to sing him a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the effort — it meant a lot to us. Thank you again to all the staff for their warm hospitality and for helping create such lovely memories for our family.

I was a bit disappointed that the corridor outside our hotel room was quite warm, which made coming and going less comfortable. Additionally, we had requested connecting rooms for our stay but unfortunately didn’t get them. However, we did appreciate that the hotel managed to place us on the same floor with only three rooms between us, which helped make the situation more manageable

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a cozy bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect a nearby landmarks and breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Fatima at the reception desk. She greeted me with a bright smile and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was helping me with local recommendations or quickly sorting out a small request I had, Fatima’s kindness and professionalism were unmatched. She’s a gem and a big reason I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t wait to return!

We had a very rough start in this hotel and after the first night and breakfast we were about to leave the hotel early. However, the hotel staff took our feedback very seriously and found perfect solutions for us. Many thanks to the staff as it really made us feel heard and our experience in the hotel improved immediately - thanks especially to Nicolai and Ali from F&B and Husein from the reception! The service in this hotel is outstanding and the beach with it's fine white sand is awesome. We can recommend this hotel for everyone who seeks nice beach holidays.
